Bally's Atlantic City Hotel & Casino Reviews

Nice experience!

Ok so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience. Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert. Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus. From my understanding we were on the "older side" of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the "dresser" so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The "dresser" didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout). The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy. In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.

The reception may have been updated but that’s as far as it goes. A sad hotel room with many more along its corridors.

Great location central to everything and great amenities in the hotel and ******. Atmosphere was incredible.

My room was 486 directly over the Yard. I had to call and ask what time the Yard clised as they was still open and playing the music at 1:30am. If you book a room be sure and adk upon check-in where it's located if you plan on sleeping.

The services at Bally's are exceptable. The front desk concierge that checked me and my husband in was very nice, professional and accommodating. The only downside was the pool is down for reconstruction; wish I was told beforehand.

Satisfactory. Lacked in decor. Old worn out furniture.

The room is not very clean, there is dust on the bedside! But the whole hotel is very big, together with entertainment, so it is very convenient

The concert in this hotel on Saturday night was very noisy until two in the morning. Friends who need to sleep at night should pay special attention when choosing a room, and do not choose to face the Yard House.

I had such a blast! Stayed in the Dennis tower....It was quiet and loved the Carousel bar!! The dj was so awesome Friday night!!! Defiantly will be back!!!

Our room was not clean. There were streaks on the sink and in the tub. The hotel accidentally gave us a suite instead of a regular room which was really cool. Convenient location to Boardwalk for UFC event and cheap drinks in the ****** area.

We brought food to the hotel for a party. We needed a fridge to keep it cold. It was broken. We went to front desk..and adked to change rooms
