great hotel. close to aquarium and coca-cola world. air conditioner is powerful. wifi is fast, while one of my devices cannot get connected though.

The hotel is a bit old, it was called Sheraton before, but it was renamed! The front desk is very nice and the bar is OK.

The waiters were very friendly. The location is about a 15-minute walk from the Convention and Exhibition Center. Walking forward, there is a Chinese restaurant, shopping mall, and subway station. It is convenient for eating and transportation. The breakfast was rich and the room was spacious. High cost performance

The stay was ok, the bed was comfortable but the pillows could’ve been better. I think they’re down feathers the stuffing but have my neck barely any support when I went to sleep. My room wasn’t cleaned once during my stay which was from thurs-sun. When me and my fiance came back from spending the day out our room door was opened but it hadn’t been cleaned and it was around 345pm on Saturday. I called down to the lobby to ask for some towels and explained that my room hasn’t been cleaned at all during our stay and the front desk lady who I was talking to gave me attitude and said from here on forward if you want your room clean let the house keeping know. So you have to let the housekeeping know you want your room cleaned. But why was my door opened and my room wasn’t cleaned? Even though it wasn’t requested? There’s a lack of communication or something funny going with the housekeeping I guess. The bartender DJ at the fandangle restaurant on the 3rd floor was amazing and makes the best drinks ever.

They charge destination fee . No water bottle refill everyday or housekeeping without request and waiting. Restaurants were closed few days during the day .

Very clean and very nice reception. The Street Nice all night was very loud and the next door people was very loud other then that its a great place to come for buisness may be best to get pool side not hwy side

The parking/valet situation is beyond unorganized! The amount of people screaming at the staff was sad to see but also, the hotel needs to find a better way to manage the in/out traffic looking to either park or valet. The valet staff was doing their best but were clearly overwhelmed. Also, the room was fine - clean but smelled like a pack of Pal-Mal's (a non-smoking room) and the temperature in the room was hard to manage - it was always HOT despite the AC on full blast.
