Good hotel for the price

Excellent service and personal

I booked the Corner King Room. The room and bathroom are relatively large. The hotel has breakfast and a full range of categories. There is a microwave oven and a capsule coffee machine in the room. The bed is the biggest highlight, and it is very comfortable to sleep in. The transportation near the hotel is convenient, and the subway station is a 7-minute walk. In short, although the hotel is only a three-star hotel, it is cost-effective and economical! Very close to the mall, convenient for shopping

Coins were required to use the laundry room, but there was no place to exchange them, so it was inconvenient. The location was nice and quiet. There is Lenox Mall nearby, so I thought it would be possible to use it on foot, but it was a bit far to use on foot.

Area around the property was excellent, very clean and walk friendly. Hotel didn't have parking, they only had valet..!!!!!! Valet service was OVERPRICED.!!!! The best option we found was a garage 2 min walk down the street for $24 the night… Breakfast buffet was also overpriced. Room service was excellent, staff and housekeeping were very friendly(specially valet)and helpful. Bed was comfortable. We didn’t like the bathtub, it was dripping all night.!!!

The hotel definitely needs some updates to the beds and the mold in the bathroom. My water in the tub dripped constantly and there was mild around the bath tub. The bed was very clonky and made nouse every time i slept in it. The buffet tasted like it was 5 days old.

This is my second time staying here and will not stay again. Everything in the bathroom was old and rusted and the drain was dirty and black. The covers had stains and stains on the carpet floor. I called to request housekeeping to clean the bathrooms and beds but they never came. I will not be staying here ever again and I do not recommend.

The hotel was good. Do be aware that parking is valet only for $40 a night or self parking garage for basically the same cost.

Clean, convenient property. Be prepared to pay for parking! 40 a night for valet, or paid parking garage near the property. We had a pleasant stay and will return again.

It’s a nice hotel, really enjoyed the lobby, & what I disliked is the fact that they don’t mention that they charge you 40 dollars a night for valet parking. They put a 250 hold on your credit card & deduct the valet fees from that.
