The air conditioning system is too old and the noise is particularly noticeable at night. The bathroom faucet is leaking and cannot be fixed.

At first glance, the sheets were not fresh. We went to show this photo, they offered to change our room. We visited the new one whose sheets looked the same as those in the first room. The receptionist promised to have the sheets replaced, but it was not done.
