Nossa estadia no hotel Faro foi sensacional. A piscina aquecida é grande e o ambiente é muito aconchegante. O café da manhã é uma delícia, com reposição de fonida o tempo todo. Há até um cantinho caipira com bolos, bolinho de chuva e cookies. Amamos tudo!

Clean, economic hotel, well located close to city center, extensive breakfast. Important to mention ample garage, 2 swimming pools. Friendly reception gives advice where to eat, what to visit. Rooms are regular. Extra spaces for events

Hotel com boa localização, perto do centro, seguro, ambientes agradáveis, quarto em geral bom e com boas comodidades. O banheiro estava limpo, mas está um pouco antigo. Café da manhã bom com variedade. O estacionamento é cobrado a parte e achei caro.

Chego no hotel e não tem wi fi pois está com problema. Fiquei no segundo andar, quarto 201. A tv não funciona direito. Tem um Barulho ensurdecedor( deve ser máquina do ar condicionado) a todo momento, impossível de dormir. Você tenta ligar na portaria e o telefone também não funciona. Troco de quarto de madruga e o barulho continua. Pago 740,00 reias pra dormir e não consigo dormir.( isso mesmo, eles cobraram uma diária 740,00 e entregaram esse serviços HORRÍVEL) Chego no hotel às 20: pra sair as 7:00 da manhã, pego essa diária de 740,00 reais apenas pra dormir, e é impossível dormir. !!!!!

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Os quartos são espaçosos e aconchegantes. Conta com piscina fria e aquecida e academia. O café da manhã é magnífico, com muita variedade e ótimos itens. O atendimento é simplesmente sensacional. Toda a equipe do hotel, da camareira a gerência são extremamente atenciosos, simpáticos e prestativos. Na recepção, o empenho, a simpatia e o comprometimento da equipe é notável. Toda a equipe da recepção, seja de qual turno for, parece ter sido selecionada a dedo, não importa a hora que vc chega, te recebem com muita simpatia e um sorriso estampado no rosto, mas sem aquele “atendimento cordial robótico” que geralmente recebemos em m hotéis. Cada vez que vc chega, eles te atendem de uma forma que te faz se sentir único. O mesmo elogio vale para o pessoal do estacionamento, que é terceirizado. Toda essa experiência fez eu me sentir em casa, mesmo estando fora de casa. Parabéns a toda equipe do Faro, em especial aos recepcionistas Vitor, Carol, Bruna, Matheus, Evandro, Weslei, Cauê e Vinícius (desculpem caso esqueci de alguém).

O grande destaque do Faro são as pessoas. Educadas, atenciosas, sempre dispostas a fazer com que sua estada seja a melhor possível. Desde a Recepção, até as moças da limpeza. Isso fez toda a diferença e de resto, é sim, um bom hotel e com preço bastante justo. O café da manhã? Farto, com muita variedade de frutas, pães e bolos; uma delícia. Fomos a passeio e adoramos a hospedagem.
