I booked a stay a few years ago. Due to an unforeseen situation, I had to cancel the last night of my stay. The hotel didn’t want to refund the night, but gave me a voucher to use in the future. I explained that I only visit Brazil once a year (or less), they said it shouldn’t be a problem even though the voucher stated an expiration date. I was assured that it would not be a problem. In my latest visits to Brazil, I tried using the voucher and they said it was expired. I explained what I was told and my situation. They refused to accept my voucher and kept my money. I even asked to only use it for a day pass with my son - they were not flexible and made me feel like I was asking for a hand out instead of something that was my right,

Wonderful Place
My stay was wonderful, the entire team was helpful, helpful, and committed to making sure I had the best. I have several dietary restrictions and I was satisfied with all of them, with an incredible menu. Chef Cida attended to me personally and I tried dishes prepared with great refinement, delicious and beautiful. Those were happy days! Super recommendation and my place to return for sure. Thank you Mr. Luiz for your Beautiful Refugio do Saci.

Ficamos 3 noites no refúgio do Saci e com certeza vamos voltar. Super recomendamos!! O chalé é espaçoso e equipado com todas as necessidades. Ainda colocaram um berço pro meu filho antes mesmo de eu pedir, quando chegamos estava tudo arrumado. As instalações contam com piscinas, quadras e mais. O salão do café da manhã e almoço é amplo e tem uma vista bem bonita tbm. A localização é ótima bem próx da cidade, com muitas opções de restaurantes e lazer. Mas o melhor de tudo foi o tratamento dos funcionários. Sr. Raul que encontrávamos na portaria é de extrema gentileza e educação. Super prestativo e atencioso. E o Sr. Fran que nos atendeu nos cafés da manhã, foi super gentil e bem treinado. Indicou o restaurante San Costilla onde ele trabalho no período da noite e fomos jantar lá dois dias seguidos. Sempre com sorriso no rosto e boa vontade!!! Ele se destaca pela eficiência e tb experiência de anos vivendo na Itália. Adorei conhecê-lo. Profissionais que fazem a diferença e que pra mim conta muito. Com ctz voltaremos.

O espaço oferece uma natureza linda, paz, , vista maravilhosa e o pôr do Sol é um espetáculo à parte! Piscinas de águas límpidas, tem uma trilha para aventura, infelizmente não estava com esta opção devido à chuvas. A Chefe Cida é incrível, tenho muitas alergias e intolerâncias e sua criatividade e gentileza, são excepcionais. Sr. Luiz não mede esforços para prover tudo que necessitar. Todos muito atenciosos.

Já é a segunda vez que passamos a virada de ano na Pousada Refúgio do Saci. Local familiar, de fácil acesso, com excelente gastronomia, atendimento top, muito sossegado, chalés impecáveis na limpeza e organização. Toda equipe é muito atenciosa. Sr Luiz e Dna. O café da manhã e a hospitalidade são incríveis. Acomodações aconchegantes e caminhadas maravilhosas. Meus dois pets foram muito bem recebidos. Ambientes limpos com lareira. De noite um lindo céu e pela manhã revodada de passarinhos, inclusive papagaios.
