This is an amazing hotel with an amazing staff. We were greeted and assisted with everything upon our arrival (check-in, bags, etc.) and everyone was very hospitable. The rooms are comfortable and are always clean. We did not use the rooftop pool, but the views were stunning from there (we could see the Acropolis), where they also have a restaurant and a bar. We ate at the restaurant and hung out at the bar some nights which was nice (good food and drinks), but be prepared to pay top hotel prices. The location of the hotel is convenient - it is right across from Syntagma Square, a popular meeting place for many scheduled activities. We also felt we could easily access surrounding neighborhoods, restaurants, and bars by walking from the hotel. Overall a great place to stay!

The location of the hotel is first-class, next to the Greek Police Headquarters, there is no problem with security. The breakfast at the hotel only has Western food. It’s okay to eat two meals. I’m not used to eating too much, but the restaurant for breakfast has a first-class view, and you can see the Acropolis. Athens' luxury stores, women's market, the largest department store, Chinese restaurant, and the Capitol are all within a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. There is a free heated swimming pool and sauna on the ba*****t floor of the hotel. According to locals, this is the best hotel in Athens.

The location is great and some of the staff are too (was made to feel invisible on more than one occasion). if you’re expecting to have that moment of relief when you finally collapse on your bed following a tiring journey, this isn’t the place. I travel a lot and don’t mind paying premium prices but not for a less than ordinary room which this hotel is. I received an upgrade but even this resembled a poorly decorated worn out living room… not worth the money.

The room we stayed in was very large and beautiful. The staff was friendly and readily available around the clock. We stayed in a room with an acropolis view and it was nice to hang out on the balcony and look out after sunset. This hotel is very accessible to most things and the bus stop is right across the street in case you want to wander a little further. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby walking distance with late hours. There are a few major shopping streets right around the corner as well. I would definitely stay here again if traveling to Athens in the future.

Coco-Mat became famous for the mattresses and natural products they create and staying in one of their hotels makes you understand why. + First off, the attention to detail is really something, the cleanliness and the fact that most of the items in the room as well as in the entire hotel, are made from natural materials (as most of them are sold by the company this makes sense, but they also collaborate with like-minded vendors, like the one of the hangers for instance - see photo). Even the room's ceiling was beautiful! I loved the ambience, the lobby was very cosy and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The neighborhood is one of the best in Athens, 500m. from the closest metro station and the Cycladic & Byzantin Museums are right around the corner. I didn't get a chance to taste the menu at the restaurant, but all looked delicious - hopefully next time! Also, in terms of cleanliness 10/10 for me, regarding the room as well as all public spaces. I'd like to save the best for last: THE bed. It was one of the best sleeps I've had in my entire life and it really exceeded my expectations! It is undoubtedly the most comfortable matress I've slept on and even though I have a chronic back pain, I did not feel any discomfort whatsoever. Sooo worth it! Ps. 1. small detail but worth mentioning: the breakfast plates are gorgeous - kudos to whomever chose them!! (see photo) Ps. 2. the breakfast was delicious with many savory and sweet options to choose from :-) Ps. 3. Comp mini-bar with refreshments was a great gesture! - There were 2 things that unfortunately did not lived up to my standards. First and foremost, personnel: I found it strange that while, during c/i, the FO associate tried to show me around and escort me to my room, a cleaning lady was in between and did not move nor greeted/acknowledged us. During breakfast: the personnel, although very polite, was often absent, leading a few of the guests searching/waiting for them. It wasn't quite clear what we were supposed to do, mostly regarding covid regulations: when I sat to my table, they brought placemats etc. but did not explain how it works - if it is self-service, what are the à la carte choices, etc. When I decided to stand up and walk towards the food station, they explained I needed to wear gloves before self-serving, but nothing about where to throw them afterwards - and I looked for a bin but didn't find one. Another guest walked in after me and as there was no staff around, he did not wear gloves-again no clearly-mentioned rules. At some point I asked for juice and the woman who delivered it (again, very polite) did not seem to be staff, judging from her outfit (I'm not sure if she had just finished her shift and did it as a favor to another colleague or if she even worked there at all..). On the same subject I found the staff in general a bit too informal for what I was expecting, but maybe that's just me. Secondly and minor but still: there was a bluetooth speaker in the room and alt

The hotel is in the middle of the mountain, there are two roads that come up, one is straight, straight road + steps, fitness people may prefer. Another road from the kolonaki square is a child-shaped figure with a total length of about 300 meters. If you go slower, there is no problem. If you have a suitcase for the first time, you must take a taxi. Hotel facilities are general, the bed is more comfortable. Compared with the previous two hotels, this cover is a quilt, unlike the first two covers are sheets + blankets. Some people feel that it doesn't matter, hotel selection is a very personal problem, but I may think it is very important.

Booked two rooms for a three day stay and both rooms were comfortable and quiet. The bathroom in my room was smaller than my daughters but for me it was fine. Small bath but I managed to use it. The staff are great and breakfast was a good start to the day ahead. Nice coffee. Our flight back to the uk was cancelled due to air traffic control going on strike and the hotel let us stay another night without any fuss even letting us stay in the same rooms. All in all I have no regrets booking this hotel and for the price it’s a great choice. Reception booked our taxi to the airport and it was a fixed price of 40 euros.

The company we received before helped us make a reservation for a few days, and then I didn’t want to move around, so I continued to renew the subscription at his house. We spent 4 nights in this splendid modern well situated hotel in a pedestrianised street in central Athens. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly and their knowledge of the area and fluentsy in English was particularly good. The included breakfast had plenty of choice including Greek dishes and regular cooked bacon, sausage and eggs etc. There was good freshly squeezed orange juice available too – very rare in hotels these days as you are lucky if you can get “not made from concentrate! We can definitely recommend this hotel for business or pleasure visitors to Athens.

Lovely hotel close to the Syntagama square and the X95 bus stop to the airport. We managed to do all our sightseeing by walking because the hotel location is so good. Reception staff, especially Nikos, were super personable and friendly. Room was more than big enough for 2 people and no problems with the sound outside (aside from noisy upstairs neighbors!) though the AC was a little temperamental. Breakfast has a lot of options but it’s standard continental fair, so don’t expect too much.

The location is excellent, just behind the airport bus terminal, get off the bus and walk about 150 meters, it is very convenient to go to the attractions in the city, it is less than 1 hour on foot, and the commercial pedestrian street is only 5 minutes away. There are many restaurants and supermarkets in the surrounding area. You can choose from western, Chinese, local, or exotic food, and there is no problem with eating. The hotel manager, Vera, has a warm and thoughtful service, complete room facilities, sanitation and cleanliness, hot water supply all day, and a terrace overlooking the Acropolis Mountain. The view is very good. The disadvantage is that the signs are not obvious enough, and the facilities are a bit old, but there is generally no problem with normal use.
