THE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN AN EXCELLENT LOCATION IN KARAISKAKI SQUARE, CLOSE TO TRANSPORTATION (METRO, BUS, TAXI). VERY NEAR THE AREA OF PSYRI, MONASTIRAKI, CENTER. REGARDING SERVICE: negatively 1. ORIGINALLY, WE WERE GIVEN A ROOM WITH A SIDE VIEW OF THE ACROPOLIS. AFTER I NOTICED THEM AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD FIX IT BY THE AFTERNOON, THIS WAS ONLY AFTER MY REPEATED CALLS TO THE RECEPTION. THE NEW ROOM WAS WITH AN EXCELLENT VIEW OF THE ACROPOLIS OF ATHENS - JUST AS I PAID FOR. 2. THE FIRST ROOM WE GOT HAD A ”BLOWN” BATHROOM DOOR WHICH WOULD NOT CLOSE. 3. THE CLEANLINESS OF THE FLOOR WAS UNACCEPTABLE, WITH A LOT OF FLUFF, WHICH WASN'T PICKED UP ANY OF THE FOLLOWING DAYS. POSITIVE 1. The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a very good hotel. The staff is welcome and served especially in the restaurant. The Crete style dishes are good and varied. You can enjoy the bar at any time to drink a beer, the Ouzo or the Raki. The place is very quiet. The beach is very beautiful as well as the swimming pool and its pool bar, free with all inclusive formula. We had 4 nights accomodation from 28th of dec. till 1st of January and I can say only good words about the hotel. We came with out daughter, we had a premium triple room, big enough, 3rd floor with the view on the back, as we asked. Because of the high traffic in Athens, I think everywhere you stay, there is traffic noise from the street, but this time, not having a room with street view, was great. The staff from the reception till the bar on the rooftop, are very kind, friendly, always happy to assist you with what you need. The room was cleaned each day, very good breakfast too, so I really recommend this hotel. It is about 20-30 min walking distnate from Syntagma square or Acropolis, so we did not need the use the public transpo. I agree with come negative comments about the dark streets closed to the hotel, with a lot of homeless, but these can be avoid if you decide to walk.

The city of Athens feels more broken overall, so the hotel has no sense of contradiction with the city. Older. Air conditioning is not very powerful when it is too hot. It may be similar to other hotels in Athens. The room is not very large. The location is ok, not far from the subway station.

This is a newer hotel, very small (only about 14 rooms). Very clean with amazingly friendly staff. Each room has a small safe, kitchenette with fridge, dishes and complimentary tea and coffee. For such a small place, breakfast is very good with real fresh fruit salad and you can get special coffees made. Some areas around are a little sketch but a five minute walk to the train station, a three minute walk to the Hop On bus and about 25 minutes to the Acropolis. There is a great restaurant right across the street with very good food.

Great hotel close to restaurants. Rooms were clean and very aesthetically pleasing. Transport is very accessible and it’s easy to get everywhere. Office staff were helpful and knowledgeable. No restaurant or drinks on site but there is a street vendor just outside selling drinks and snacks. Rooms were serviced daily with fresh towels and coffee.
