amazing hotel, very clean easy access also great location no problem of finding food and near train station and busses

Clean and easy to communicate with management. The floor heating was lux.

The cleanliness was poor, there were hairs in various places, and although it is easy to reach the city center, the neighborhood itself doesn't feel very safe.

Hard to find, we ended up at the wrong location and spent the night with some polite strangers. No one answered the phone when we tried to call. I had a baby with us and arriving from Australia at 12am is not a pleasant experience. The code , apartment number and address should be automatically sent 24hrs as we had already paid for the stay. We were put in a dangerous position and hope that this feedback is given to the owners. I would like to be contacted or refunded the first time stay as we did not use the first night stay

Spotless property, super responsive management and beautiful. Location could be better but I felt safe at all times. Definitely recommended.

Unit is great. Location wise not so.

It downtown but it a bit far from all the attractions. 20-30 mins depending on traffic w train. The location is a neighborhood that i kinda scare but it was safe so far since i stay here. The apartment is fully secure w lock and digital lock which make me feel safe. It was close to metro 5mins walk. Alot of shop n super market around so dont worry about anything. Room is clean with extra sofa bed. Place for you to cook. Come w jacuzzi but not sure if they change out the water cause there was already water in the jacuzzi already. If u dont mind the train ride n place that clean n dont break ur bank. But i do find place that the same price n closer to the attractions so it just depends on how fast u book ur room.

Very nice apartment

The spotless apartment (I live in No. 22) is decorated in a simple log style. On the left side of the entrance is the bathroom and bedroom with a balcony, and on the right side is an open kitchen, dining table and small living room with a balcony. The apartment has no front desk. You enter the door and room with a password. The password will be sent to your email three or four hours before check-in. If you have any questions during your stay, you can contact the property manager by email. It is more suitable for tourists with travel experience. All small appliances, kitchenware and toiletries are available, but toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers are not provided. The apartment is not facing the street, but is located in a residential area between two main roads. It is relatively quiet (the pigeons coo loudly in the morning). There are at least three supermarkets within a five to ten minute walk. Yogurt is more than 2 euros for a group of three, eggs are 1.69 euros for six, and bread is more than 2 euros for a little over one. There are too many choices, and vegetables, fruits, milk, cheese and daily necessities are all available. There are coffee shops, bakeries and dessert shops scattered around the neighborhood, and the seats are all outside the store. Take the subway from the airport to the apartment (see the last photo), take Line 3 (blue line) to Constitution Square, transfer to Line 1 (green line) to Kato Patissla, exit the station and follow the navigation to walk for five minutes.

Very good, the hotel environment is good, I like the decoration style. The hotel service is very good, the location is excellent, clean and sanitary,,,, the surrounding environment is also very good.

The surrounding conditions of the hotel are average, but it is very close to the subway and very convenient. The room conditions are very good and self-service check-in is also very convenient

To be honest, this hotel is good value for money in Athens. At least it is spacious and safe, close to the subway station, and the surroundings are shabby but it doesn't affect it. I mainly talk about the disadvantages. 1. There is no hot water in the bathroom on the second floor. 2. The window of the bathroom on the second floor is open and insects come in. 3. The elevator is a bit small and difficult. 4. The Wi-Fi is also average.

Ctrip didn't remind me that I needed a password to check in, which wasted a lot of time. The room was good. The Greek city was terrible, but this hotel was not bad. They kept advertising to promote Chinese people to buy houses.
