很滿意的公寓。首先房型滿足我們的所有要求：一間卧室有兩張分開的獨立的床，另一間卧室有一張大床。其實客廳裏還有超大的沙發完全可以額外再睡得下兩個成年人（睡沙發需要自行解決蓋被問題，並且先詢問店主是否同意）。有兩個帶淋浴和馬桶的洗手間；有帶餐桌餐椅的餐廳；有迷小廚房帶微波爐、電燒水壺、餐具、小冰箱；雖然臨街但是窗户是雙層的，隔音又防盜。我們這種睡眠很淺的人都能睡得很舒服。房屋還有暖氣，晚上很暖和。有製冷空調。公寓有小電梯乘坐。滿足這條件的酒店就不是這個價位啦！第二，餐飲。出門左走過街步行十五分鐘就是地鐵站，地鐵口附近有本地小餐館（有一家葯店），解決三餐還行，衹能吃飽不能説吃好。第四，安全問題。據説這附近都是各國生意人，人員比較複雜，出門要多謹慎。但是我們天黑就回屋儘量不走夜路、儘量結伴出行，所以總體情況還好。天黑了路上還有明顯是下班的當地職業女性獨自行色匆匆趕路呢，所以治安還好。第五，房東很熱情！提前電子郵件聯繫了，見面諸多叮囑，主動為我們畫出來附近餐飲具體地點，帶我們進屋介紹情況（很好的英語聽力練習素材，哈哈），早餐都已經堆在廚房了（麪包、水果、牛奶、雞蛋、果汁、果醬、蜂蜜…都是冷食），讓我們自行拿取。對了，房東居然每天還進屋來收拾垃圾幫忙倒掉、換乾淨毛巾和沐浴露，我真是表示驚呆啦！公寓房東不是酒店24小時前台，所以有事得提前溝通好。
如果非要吹毛求疵，那就是距離景點衞城、憲法廣場和機場還有些距離，衹能打車來回。

嚴重質疑攜程所謂的"雅典民宿排行榜第二名"，懷疑攜程估計收取了不少價差。
首先 該民宿區位不是雅典比較認可的適宜旅遊與安全區域，而且緊鄰主幹道與鐵路，噪聲很大。
這個民宿價格對不起所謂的"豪華"，這個價格居然連瓶裝水都不提供；馬桶蓋由於馬桶水箱太近而無法處於掀開狀態；房間整體衞生堪憂 灰塵不少；吧枱的茶袋居然是沒有包裝的；衞生間沒有浴巾架與掛鈎。建議不要因為所謂攜程排行而選擇這家民宿。

L’appartement est très spacieux, avec un salon, une chambre, une salle de bain, etc. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le grand espace pour se déplacer, c’est très agréable.

頂樓有按摩池，但時間關係未能享用。住宿環境寧靜，鄰近地鐵站，機場鐵路直達。住宿主人還會推介景點以及周邊食肆。

We loved staying at this property. The apartment was very clean and spacious. We loved that there was a gym and a roof deck (with a great view of the Acropolis) in the building. We found it to be an easy walk to lots of restaurants, and the hosts were great. We felt like the area was safe also. Overall, it was excellent.

Our apartment was wonderful! It has the privacy, spaciousness and amenities of a nice little rental, with the service perks of a hotel. Sotiris met us at the desk, he was so kind and took the time to walk us through a map of the city and give great recommendations. The metro is right down the street, but it’s also an easy 20ish minute walk to central Athens (and there are other bars/restaurants even closer). The rooftop is lovely with Acropolis view. We loved it here, wish we’d had more time and will definitely come back.

Highly recommend these apartments.
The apartment was immaculate. Very spacious and beautifully appointed. We were greeted at the front desk by Santiris. I hope I spelled his name correctly. He could not have been more courteous and helpful with helping us plan our few days in Athens. I highly recommend these apartments. Just a few blocks from the Metro station with wonderful local restaurants around the area.
