This hotel is in serious need of refurbishment and managed by a tour operator. The structure is dated, the rooms on the second floor are at the minimum of decency and there is no soundproofing. Upon arrival in the room on the second floor we are assigned a room with a terrible view, a small wardrobe where to put just two clothes but the worst thing is the bathroom. Small, with train-style sink and removable, with exposed pipes. Shower with folding door, small and triangular in size. The most serious thing is the toilet seat completely cut and split which at times cuts our legs (check before assigning the rooms??), also a broken hair dryer which at times catches fire. And to think that at the reception they had warned us of a free room upgrade, otherwise who knows what they'd assign us ... After notifying the reception and failing to change the toilet seat, they provide us with another room, slightly better. In this we discover things never seen before, or the toilet completely in front of the sink (unfortunately I didn't take pictures because I was too ashamed) and accessible only from the side, attached to the mirror. Shower tray flooded. Other than that no choice of pillows but only 1 each, too soft for my taste, even if those are personal. Another embarrassing thing is the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. Neighbors having fun... a lot at night. We started laughing but I think some complained, because maybe they were in the room with children who heard "strange screams". Reception staff are very friendly and cooperative. the hotel, in a suburban area, is about 1.3 km from the Victoria metro station and behind the hotel there is a nice area full of bars, pubs and restaurants.
