We stayed at the hotel for one night, which unfortunately was sufficient to leave us disappointed.
The location was excellent, and the hotel was clean; however, the service was lacking.
Our check-out time was early, at 7:50 AM, due to a flight departure at 10:40 AM. We kindly requested to have coffee in the restaurant before breakfast service began at 8:00 AM. Unfortunately, we were directed to a neighboring location or offered to have it served in our room as a compromise.
Additionally, we were provided with a lunch box, a photo of which is attached. I must express concern regarding the quality of the items, specifically an orange that was approximately the size of an egg, with a dried and aged peel, appearing to have been stored for at least two weeks.
This experience was highly disappointing.

The hotel location is very convenient with walking distance you will find lots of restaurant, is very happening at the night-time. Within 10 minutes walk will reach the local fresh market, good experience. Walking distance to Arcopolis within 20 minutes. Even though is at the city centre but the hotel is very quiet.

Very disappointing stay – cleanliness and service issues
This was our third time staying at Starlight Hotel, and unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. When we arrived, the bedsheets were dirty and the room was clearly not clean. We asked the staff to come and clean the room, but no one came – the request was completely ignored.
During checkout, the staff also claimed that we hadn’t paid the city tax (5 euros) for one of our two rooms, even though we had paid for both rooms upon arrival. We had to explain and show proof again, which was frustrating.
Overall, the service was poor, the cleanliness was unacceptable, and the attitude of the staff was not professional. Sadly, we won’t be coming back again.

One of the towels had a strange smell, I don’t think it was washed properly. And one pillow was barely a pillow, way too soft, while the other pillow was completely fine. However, the location was great, easy to walk to main areas. And service was good, they provided maps and information about the area. They also packed us food to go from the breakfast buffet when we woke up too early to actually sit down and eat.

Second day new bath towel had human hair in it which is terrible!
I lost on key card the receptionist who is never smiling had charged me 15 Euro
Above two bad experiences had ruined my impression of the hotel.

This hotel is very conveniently located near the action, and the reception staff was friendly. However, the rooms themselves left much to be desired.
The shower was poorly functioning and difficult to use. While the bed was comfortable, the rest of the room was mediocre at best. I honestly do not understand how this hotel received such a high rating. If I had known the actual standard of the hotel, I would have chosen to stay elsewhere.
When I raised my concerns with the reception, they said the manager would get back to me, but I never heard from them.
