Crooks!! They robbed us on the last day before we left. They have robbed 4 apartments in the same day. Without any violation and they claim that they are not from the site and that this is the first time this has happened. We leave and on the ship to return to Cyprus we learn that other apartments in the same apartment building have been stolen days before. 🚫❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️ Scammers!! We leave and on the ship to return to Cyprus we learn that other apartments in the same apartment building have been stolen days before.

The location is central, quite close to the metro and it is possible to take a walk through the streets of the city on foot. The problem was that the air conditioning in the room didn't work and believe me it was really hot. We reported the problem to whoever was dealing with it but were told that no one would intervene before the following day. I won't tell you about the bad night! At that point we thought and hoped that at least for the following night the problem would be solved, but nothing! We were given two fans and that was it but consider that in that heat they were almost useless (but above all the heat from the air conditioning motor of a nearby room entered through the bedroom window and practically even opening the window made you feel bad). The next day the air conditioning was finally repaired but they accused us of making noise in the room and that if we had continued they would have taken more money from us (naturally it wasn't us as we were outside and we believe it could be an excuse given the problems reported in the previous days). Finally we ask at least to repay part of the inconvenience (2 days out of 4 without air conditioning) but the only thing we are granted is an extra half hour to leave the room and by mistake they block our room with the code and we are unable to log in to collect your luggage. They stopped replying to our messages and after a few hours we would have the flight. Only salvation? By chance a cleaning lady passed by and opened the door for us. Let's take our bags and leave. After two days they offer us a refund and what do they send us? 14 euros! A joke! The main inconvenience lies in the fact that there is no one responsible because everything is done online and using codes. If something goes wrong everything stops and no one comes to lend a hand. They should pay more attention and organize themselves better!
