The staff in the hotel are extremely lovely and they try their best to make the trip as enjoyable as possible. Matina is wonderful and just brings a smile to my face everytime I enter and exit the hotel. Elina was so kind to extend my checkout time despite the hotel being fully booked. Last but not least, the breakfast staff were so patient and always polite and lovely. Otherwise of course the hotel requires maintenance and the area is too crowded as any populated city, so if you go with the right expectations you will enjoy your trip, otherwise if you have high expectations I recommend booking somewhere else.

This hotel has an excellent location, metro station right in front as well as other transportation. The accomodation are regular ones, compensated by excellent breakfast service. The setback goes to cleanliness and facilities conditions.

1. the Air Condition is not in the room controllable 2. the furniture and other things are old 3. he small kitchen has no light and therefore its not possible to use it. Reception says its not possible to repair 4. one day, till 15.20 room not cleaned; 5. house keeping on the phone not reachable, 24 hours line busy 6. the not functional Kitchenette is dirty , without dishes and cutlery 7. in the room there are coffee cups but without saucer; there arent any tea leaves 8. in the room there are Illy coffee capsules but there isn’t a coffee machine !! 9. for people leaving in the morning early, its not possible to get a breakfast package. In my opinion the hotel has 2 stars till 3 stars quality, its overpaid , shure not a 5 star!

The hotel location is so good. But all facilities are not maintained well. Also, the breakfast is ok.

I have to leave a message to prevent more people from falling into the trap. The stay experience of this hotel is terrible. 1. It was 2 am when I arrived at the hotel due to flight delay. The front desk receptionist looked disdainful. When I booked, it said it was a twin room, but it turned out to be two beds with a big sheet, which could not be separated. The same thing happened when I complained about changing rooms. Later, they said that their hotel only had this type. Don't choose a twin room if there is no twin room! Later, because it was too late to communicate with Ctrip, I had to stay there first. 2. After checking in, I found that the shower room in the room was difficult to enter. The weird design blocked the water. I soaked my feet in dirty water while taking a shower. The next day, Ctrip communicated with me to check out one day in advance. The big Wyndham next door is a little more expensive, but it is a street away. Ctrip has been helping me communicate since then, and I have to give praise to the little sisters. But this hotel has a tough attitude and will not refund the room fee for the last night.

We were given a barrier-free room 217, which is on the second floor of the atrium and close to the ventilation fan. The air conditioner is close and makes some noise. The glass soundproofing is OK, but you should not open the window too often, as it has some smell. The breakfast is quite delicious. There are many Chinese restaurants around, and Furama is cheap and tastes good. Asian food is a bit expensive, but the environment is good, suitable for business banquets. There are many *** around, so pay attention to safety.

It is very close to the city and is very convenient to various attractions in the city. There is a 24-hour restaurant downstairs, which is convenient for eating.

The room was large, but the lobby was small, and toilet paper was not replenished. The bathroom smelled of sewage.

It could have been better, I booked and paid for a room with a city view and instead they gave me a room with a courtyard view….

Facility environment too poor

On Ctrip's website, this hotel is a five-star hotel, but when I arrived at the hotel, the lobby was very small, and it was impossible to tell that it was a five-star hotel. In addition, there was only one waiter at breakfast time, so how could it be a five-star hotel! In addition, the breakfast is very ordinary. The fried eggs are soaked with sweat and it is very unpalatable. I checked the official website of this hotel and it turned out to be four stars. I am disappointed. I hope to follow up on the star rating of this hotel, because I support and I believe in Ctrip, but this time I really lost my confidence
