Since we had stored our luggage the day before, when we arrived at Check In at around 10pm to pick up our luggage, the man wouldn't even help us push our luggage to the lift gate. We could only say that we were speechless!

The hotel was very nice with a gorgeous rooftop terrace - amazing view of the Acropolis!
The only negative that I have was the neighborhood at night wasn’t the safest.

Staff were always helpful and friendly. The room and passageway had smelly carpets, creating a whole smell atmosphere. Regular steam cleaning needed. We were sorry the rooftop pool and bar were not open until the day we left.

Rooms were clean but the finishing was not good. The toilet was very small and you couldn't sit properly on the toilet seat because of the awkward positioning of the toilet paper hanger. The hotel is in a very shady area and requires a 15-20min walk to get to the city center. It was overlooking apartment buildings and you couldn't open the curtains as people can literally see you.

Good hotel, clean and very nice.
Unfortunately, the area around Novotel was little sketchy after 6 pm!
