Requested for a refund, but was refused, saying it was not his problem! Just then, a kind-hearted person walked up the stairs and helped to fix the problem with the elevator door. The elevator was able to move now, so I went upstairs. Anyway, I had to get up at 5 o'clock the next morning to catch a flight, so I thought I might as well make do with it for one night! When I got to the room, there was an electronic code lock. I pressed the wrong key twice and it wouldn't open. I contacted the landlord again and he asked me to go downstairs to get the key. I really couldn't stand it anymore. I waited for the elevator downstairs for almost an hour, and went upstairs to try to unlock the door for almost half an hour. I was also exhausted from jet lag and yet I had to suffer such pain. I paid more than 600 a night for an environment that was not even as good as a homestay. I asked for a refund again but the landlord refused to give me one! If the landlord posted pictures of the storefront and the building environment, I would not rent it even for 60 yuan. Who would dare to take their kids to live here for cheap in such an environment? I posted it here so that people who want to rent this hotel can see clearly how bad the environment of this so-called hotel is and how bad the landlord's attitude is. I spent the whole afternoon here and he didn't even say sorry or anything. I gave him a negative review. Don't come to stay here. You'll suffer for your money.
