The place was very clean and comfortable, the location is perfect as is in the downtown with easy access to metro. At the same time it goes very quiet during nights

The Ciel Suites were a perfect base from which to explore Athens. Really great location. The reception staff were super helpful. The accommodation was excellent- very modern and clean. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Really good and friendly environment, the key operated electricity in the room is a small drawback, since it does save energy, but for the hotter months you definitely need a spare card to keep the refrigerator and air conditioning on while you might be out!

The staff at the reception was so kind and helpful. The room and equipment is absolutely clean. The location is good, it is in the center of sightseeing area.

The staff was so kind and helpful! The room was nice and clean, comfortable bed, and only a few minutes walk to shopping, restaurants and historical sites. I was sad to only stay 1 night…I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Great 2 night stay here. It’s very well located and although it’s on a very busy road you wouldn’t know when you’re in the hotel as it’s very calm and peaceful. The location is perfect for seeing the historic sights and only a short walk away from Plaka. The shower is powerful and the bed is very comfortable. The staff have been very lovely too - highly recommend :)

We attended my cousins wedding on the island of Paris and needed an Athens hotel on the way back! This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Athens- super cool modern hotel 🏨 in the heart of Ermou shopping street in Athens and steps from plaza and the Acropolis. The hotel staff were super accommodating and friendly! Super clean rooms…5 stars ⭐️ all the way!!
