We booked in October and paid for this hotel, when we arrived we were told that it was overbooked and that there would not be a room for us. My husband is 61 years old and I am 55 years old, in Athens with nowhere to go in the late afternoon with suitcases. The guy said he had sent us an email but we couldn't find it. Total irresponsibility!!!

The apartment is on a street next to the main building, without an elevator, it is not comparable to the main building, which is shown in the advertising images. We stayed on the 2nd floor in room 7 Small room, without any closet or drawer to store clothes, we had to keep our suitcases open on the floor with the clothes during our 3 night stay. The room has a fluorescent sign indicating exit that cannot be turned off and lights up the room throughout the night. The next morning we spoke to the room manager who indicated that he could put a board up to cover the light but he didn't know when. He also indicated that he would look into the possibility of changing rooms but that it would be difficult. He indicated that it was the only room that did not have closets and that booking was responsible for selecting the room. They didn't even deign to give any response, our request was completely ignored, the person in charge was present for the next 2 days at breakfast and didn't even deign to look at us. We noticed that apartment 8 next to ours was free for 2 nights, even with a key outside the door. Breakfast is a list and not a buffet, with coffee and orange juice included. From the list you can choose bread with butter, marmalade and honey or omelets or yogurt and oatmeal. I asked for a repeat cup of coffee, but I had to pay as I was only entitled to one.

Excellent accommodation, the room was comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly and the location was unbeatable, as it is located in the center of Plaka, close to the Acropolis, other historical monuments and with a great gastronomic offer around.

What to say! I loved! The welcome is very warm, the staff is friendly and the room is very comfortable, spacious and clean. Well isolated from the other rooms but you can still hear the noise from the restaurants below. (Not so disturbing when you are very tired) The bathroom is functional and large. Finally the hotel is secure and very well located a few minutes from the monuments and in plaka! I highly recommend
