I was extremely disappointed with this place. It felt like a trap for unsuspecting tourists. The apartment was in terrible condition and nothing like the photos on the booking sites. It’s falsely advertised as a luxury boutique hotel, but in reality, it's an unattractive apartment in a dilapidated building with no security or services.

I spent 200 euros a night for three nights at this place. After the first night, I couldn’t stay any longer and had to book another accommodation. I was welcomed at the apartment by a strong stench smell. And found bugs crawling everywhere. Called the customer service for help but was met with hostile response. After 10 seconds of the call with customer service named Kate, it was hung up and cut off by her and could not reach her anymore. There’s no amenities in this apartment other than hand soap. You are basically on your own there with no one to turn to for whatever problems.

I am beyond frustrated with my recent stay at Suitas. After seeing the glowing reviews and the enticing photos, my expectations were high, but what I experienced was a complete nightmare. First and foremost, the room was **filthy** the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed. The air conditioning barely worked, leaving the room unbearably hot and stuffy. The service was equally appalling. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and it took forever to get anyone to address my concerns. When I finally did get a response, it was dismissive and inadequate. The amenities the hotel so proudly advertise were either non-functional or nonexistent. I paid a premium price for this stay(600€ for three nights), expecting a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but instead, I was met with frustration and disappointment at every turn.

Terrible location. It’s not safe for female travellers to stay at. Even worse, there’s a huge cabinet inside the apartment locked with chain and lock. God knows what’s in there. And the room smells, full of bugs and mouldy everywhere. The windows would pop open in the middle of the night. So I had to stay up all night to go close it several times.

Amazing property, located within a flea market, but still felt extremely safe. I had the private rooftop which make my stay in Athens. Had the best views I could ask for. Pros: Views Modern Location Cons: Small bathroom 2 sofas is really 1 sectional.

The communication was hopeless! The property has many things wrong with it (doors coming off hinges, shower taps broken, light switches), beds not as described (2 twin sofa beds was actually 1), shower is literally over the toilet! Communication was appallingly!
