Most awesome experience in 25 years travelling the globe. Will come back in May when rooftop pool is open. Everything in this completely new hotel is impeccable. Breakfast in the rooftop terrace viewing the Acropolis. Never ending choice of fresh foods, highly professional staff, latest electronic and digital tools, very sizeable, Functional rooms, 40 TV stations, steam room, sauna and pool and gym 24/7 open, brandnew, extremely clean. The room we stayed in was very large and beautiful. The staff was friendly and readily available around the clock. We stayed in a room with an acropolis view and it was nice to hang out on the balcony and look out after sunset. This hotel is very accessible to most things and the bus stop is right across the street in case you want to wander a little further. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby walking distance with late hours. There are a few major shopping streets right around the corner as well. I would definitely stay here again if traveling to Athens in the future.

The location is great and some of the staff are too (was made to feel invisible on more than one occasion). if you’re expecting to have that moment of relief when you finally collapse on your bed following a tiring journey, this isn’t the place. I travel a lot and don’t mind paying premium prices but not for a less than ordinary room which this hotel is. I received an upgrade but even this resembled a poorly decorated worn out living room… not worth the money.

The location is not very good. It takes five minutes to reach Constitution Square and 20 minutes to the Acropolis. It is within walking distance from Plaka. Next to it is the Women's Street, where there are various restaurants and supermarkets. The attitude of the waiter is very good, the room is okay, the family room is two completely independent rooms, and the public area at the door is also enclosed as a connection (suitable for luggage), which is very suitable for older children or elderly people of the same shape, without interfering with each other . The only thing is that the power of the hair dryer is too small and the breakfast is basically not changed.

Booked two rooms for a three day stay and both rooms were comfortable and quiet. The bathroom in my room was smaller than my daughters but for me it was fine. Small bath but I managed to use it. The staff are great and breakfast was a good start to the day ahead. Nice coffee. Our flight back to the uk was cancelled due to air traffic control going on strike and the hotel let us stay another night without any fuss even letting us stay in the same rooms. All in all I have no regrets booking this hotel and for the price it’s a great choice. Reception booked our taxi to the airport and it was a fixed price of 40 euros.

The company we received before helped us make a reservation for a few days, and then I didn’t want to move around, so I continued to renew the subscription at his house. The overall service is good, the front desk is very enthusiastic, and the front desk has different snacks every day to entertain guests for free; buffet breakfast It’s not bad; the traffic is a 15-minute drive from the hotel to Syntagma Square, the room is relatively clean, and the room facilities are up to three-star standards in China, everything else is OK.

I didn't arrive until late at the hotel & was greeted by a lovely man on reception who gave me a free room upgrade to a four person room as it had a bigger bed. The rooms are decorated tastefully but not cluttered, the bed was super comfortable & the shower was great. I really liked the aesthetic the room, modern & understated. The main reason I chose this hotel was it's location as it's a 6min walk from the metro station at syntagma square where you can get a metro from the airport for 9euros! It also meant everything I wanted to see in Athens was within a 20minute walking distance & there was plenty of places to eat & shop around. As a solo traveller I also looked at the reviews for this hotel which helped me to make my decision, I felt completely safe in the hotel & in the city even walking around later at night as it was always busy & most of the locals are extremely pleasant & helpful. The only draw back was as I was in a room that was above the road I sometimes could hear bikes or music at night but nothing excessive & it didn't disturb my sleep. It's to be expected staying in the city centre really. I also would of loved a kettle in my room but that's me being fussy & you get a complimentary continental breakfast which is very generous really. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The location of the hotel is absolutely great! Just a few minutes walk into Syntagma Square! Just one block away from the busiest pedestrian street in the downtown area, it can be said to be a quiet place amidst the hustle and bustle! The room has a balcony, and you can see the Acropolis view from the 5th floor! The triple room is a double room with one bed and 3 single beds. With 2 boxes to open, the place is very crowded! The room is quite new and the lighting is warm. The bathroom equipment is quite new, but there is no shower curtain, and the bath water splashes outside! Breakfast is on the top floor. Because it is the tallest building around, you can directly face the Acropolis and the Pukara neighborhood at the foot of the Acropolis. The view is unparalleled! The variety of breakfast is also good and rich!

We were greeted by a lovely smiley lady in reception when we arrived. The foyer area was clean, bright and modern. The room wasn't ready, which wasn’t an issue as we were early for check-in. We were pointed to an adjacent bar/cafe, which was superb. The keys were available about an hour later, and we went to our rooms. The room was clean and tidy, modern, and comfortable. Some of the reviews here say the rooms are small and have limited storage; we had no issues at all. The AC worked well, which was a godsend with the extreme temperatures. The bathroom door was a little odd, albeit frosted, but seeing what others were doing was easy. The rooftop bar was one of the reasons we picked this hotel, its location and view across the historic old town of Athens. The bar lacked any atmosphere and seemed uncared for. On one day, we went up for a drink, and the lights were off; even though the bar wasn’t meant to close for another 30 minutes, we were begrudgingly served. On another evening, we were asked to leave as the rooftop had to be locked up. We rushed to finish our drinks and left, unable to enjoy the fantastic view of the Acropolis. Interestingly there was no room charge option at the bar either. The rooftop doubles up as the breakfast area; previous reviews on here are how good the breakfast was. I completely disagree. We arrived 45 minutes before breakfast ended on the first morning, with minimal choice and items available. One staff member was downright rude, and the other was helpful and smiley. The breakfast is a buffet that is displayed within a covered area, with one side being doors which were propped open. I was cautious about what I selected as the outside temperature was 35c or more, and no items were chilled or covered. I saw a couple of pigeons sharing the food before we left! The food hygiene standards need some urgent attention. On two other mornings, I did go up for breakfast, and although there was more on display, I was careful what I ate as the standards hadn’t improved. The service was better on days two and three, with the rude team member now a little more friendly; this may be due to offering some feedback at reception. As I mentioned before, the room was clean, tidy, and modern, with efficient AC. A coffee machine was available and well stocked on day one, but it wasn't stocked up for days two and three, and we had to ask for more supplies. The same applied to the in-room fridge, with water available on day one but not on day two. On day three, it did appear. More of a concern was that the toilet roll and shower soaps which weren't replenished for two days, despite telling the chap on reception twice. As a result, we had to grab a toilet roll from the ground floor public toilet and make do with shower gel. I mentioned earlier that the receptionist on the first day was helpful, friendly and smiley. The location is very good, just near the commercial street and two minutes away from the Constitution Square subway station. Excellent service attitude, feel at home. At the beginning, the room I was given was very small when I came out of the elevator. Later, I asked to change the room, and I changed it to the side near the commercial street. It would be a bit noisy at night. But for solo travel, this location is very good, and the business district is also more reassuring. In the end, my facial cleanser was disposed of by the cleaning aunt for some reason. The manager of the hotel even apologized to me and provided me with a solution. It has been a long time since I felt such good and attentive service! Although the room is not very cost-effective for the price, the location, service attitude, and breakfast still make me willing to recommend this hotel~!
