This is an older property. Also, there are weekly/monthly/permanent renters that live there. It is in need of a lot of maintenance, repair and updating. The room had been "cleaned" but was not really clean The mattress was bad. The bathroom towels were not good. The A/C worked. The water got hot for the shower. The TV worked. If you can afford an extra $20-$30 per night, there are other better options. The owner/manager and front desk person were very nice and accommodating.

For a one night stay is passable. If staying more than one day terrible; they don’t change your sheets,towels, or take out your trash. You have to pay up front for days a head. Price per day is $70.00 You must leave a cash deposit of $ 30.00 when checking in. Check out is 10:30 AM versus national 11:30 AM Go a half mile further near HW 75 and stay at motel six @ $59.00 .

Would be excellent to have a hot pot of coffee in the office ready in the morning since there is no breakfast offered snd no coffee in the rooms.

The bed here was so comfortable! I slept great. A super value, and I always love being able to park right in front of the door to my room. Absolutely convenient!

Nice large room with vintage tiled bathroom. It was quiet, clean and the bed was quite comfortable. We would stay here again.
