You can tell the girl at check in to lose the attitude. What makes her think she is so important that she can roll her eyes and cop an attitude. I almost walked out A little caulk by the tub? The floor was filthy.

Overall the staff tried to be helpful. I did have a problem with the WIFI in my room and went to the front desk for assistance. The first team helped me and the WIFI worked in the lobby. When I went back to the room it did not. I stated something to the front desk in the morning about it not working in my room. The response I got was it is working here in the lobby, and she did not offer to look into the problem. As I was checking out the next day, I mentioned it and the manager said they were not aware of the issue and would get IT out to find out what the issue was. Great for the next person, not good for me when I really needed to get some work done.

Our room was very clean! The bed was so comfortable! I would definitely recommend this Best Western to family and friends. The staff was friendly and so helpful. We had an issue getting in our room and they came and helped us immediately. Then we had a problem with our TV remote and they came within a few minutes to get that fixed. The breakfast was good. We ate some eggs and biscuits and gravy and took a couple of Nutrigrain bars for the road. It was like most other hotel breakfasts. Hard to keep it warm for the whole time it's waiting to be consumed. But we microwaved it and it was good.

When I asked for a printed receipt she told me I would get one via email. I didn't get one. I want to know what I am being charged before I leave if I need to dispute it.

Staff seem upset about their job. There’s a crawl hole behind the mirror facing the room, no telling where it goes. Beds are squeaky and dated. Prices are high compared to what’s offered and other places in this area that are seemingly better.

It was really good. Only problem was we were charged a 250 dollar deposit for the room. We didn’t think anything about it until check out and the impossibly nice ladies at the front desk informed us that is shouldn’t have happened. But they fixed it with no problem. Those ladies that checked us out were so nice. Will stay here again.

Easy in easy out quick one night stay staff and facilities where awesome would stay there again

I liked being able to park in front of my room. The woman who checked me in was friendly. The room was clean. I enjoyed the variety of breakfast items.

Parking was a problem, no parking close to hotel. Non smoking room had a smell of previous smoking.

Our stay was very good, clean room, hot water & the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. We were looking for a motel to relax and get a good nights sleep. We were very pleased & satisfied.

Front desk person could have been friendlier but was efficient. Nice room, good location, & fair price! Would stay again. Nice 5 AM breakfast.

The staff was very friendly, accommodating, easy to talk to, the beds was some of the softest beds I've ever slept on in any hotel I have stayed at in the past, the room was nicely remodeled, walking distance to Applebee's and a very short drive to other restaurants, the breakfast was a full on breakfast that tasted very good. I would stay here over and over again. Loved this place.

Easy access from the highway. Very comfortable room and a nice Applebee's right next door.
