The front desk hotel clerk should be a bit more pleasant . The hotel room needs to be renovated . The tub is all scratched up and all. The air conditioning unit is a bit loud. I would suggest for the owner to allow for late check out even with a fee , would be acceptable or reasonable for customers. We were told too by the front desk hotel clerk that late checkout won’t be considered, except for a 30 minute extension because the housekeeping cleaning crew were less staffed and that a Baseball team are expected to check in. It didn’t seem like there were really a lot of occupants in the hotel, based on what we’ve seen at parked cars at the parking lot.
I supposed , considering the hotel price rate we paid, it would be as expected .

Good experience for an old property
The property is old and some things need some fixing. But nothing that impacts your stay. It was clean. And the front staff was very kind.

First night until the next day Saturday we had NO HOT WATER so we couldn't get a shower for 2 days Saturday night until Sunday ( This morning) we had someone trying to get in our room if I could get a refund I would appreciate it

Decent Stay with Friendly Staff
It was a decent stay. I was concerned that the Arcadia door in my room had a makeshift lock since the door itself had a latch that did not catch. Other than that, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The lady checking us in was nice but other staff was rude. Complimentary breakfast was extremely limited. The hot water in the shower wasnt working properly at all
