A special thank you to Mr. Ahmed Abdelhady at the reception desk for his exceptional hospitality—he took care of all our arrangements and even went the extra mile to help us celebrate my sister’s birthday, making it an unforgettable moment. The ambiance around the pool was simply delightful, thanks to Mr. Mohamed Abdelrahman, the talented musician whose live music added a magical touch to our evenings. The restaurant exceeded expectations with its cleanliness, wide variety of delicious food, and the warm, welcoming attitude of the staff. Every team member served us with a smile and utmost professionalism, which truly enhanced the dining experience. A big shoutout to the housekeeping team as well for keeping everything spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. I want to give a special shout-out to the housekeeping team — they were consistently professional, quick, and kept everything spotless. Their attention to detail and warm attitude really made a difference. Also, a big thank you to their manager, who was always present, approachable, and made sure everything was running smoothly. Pros: 1- Clean Rooms. 2- Friendly staff. 3- Great view specially from the pool. 4- Food Variety. 5- Free Parking. 6- They have villas to rent near to the sea. Cons: 1- The beach is not sandy, lot of rocks. If you like the beach and sea, so please avoid this resort. If you like food variety and swimming pools, so this is the best resort for you.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Cancun. The place was very nice and comfortable, with excellent facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. There were so many activities to enjoy, making every day exciting. It was also a perfect destination for families—especially great for the kids with lots of fun and engaging things to do. The food was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway! A special shout out to the exceptional animation team—they were energetic, friendly, and truly made the experience unforgettable with their amazing shows and activities.

Our first visit last year was ok I had complain about the cleanliness of the bathroom but overall it was acceptable and but this visit I give them one in cleaning in restaurant and zero in room cleanliness and then I asked them to clean room again and they did and after that my daughter sat on the toilet and suddenly she screamed and rash suddenly appeared on her skin from the chemicals they cleaned the toilet with and did not wash the chemicals off the toilet. They left the chemicals to burn our skin so we did not complain again
