Worst thing could happen to anyone to have his privacy breached: a staff member entered my room while showering despite the DON'T DISTURB electronic red flag on my room. Did not knock the door not even once (which btw must be repeated as happened before with me in Abu Dhabi) - according to him: a mistake happened and he thought the room was empty (so the "don't disturb" came up on its own!!) The hotel is very good, but that could ruin your whole stay. Beware to have the door perfectly locked and secured AT ALL TIMES. I'm still checking the Administration what action they will take.

The worst experience , the AC is not working properly the room temperature is 28.5 degrees inside the room and increasing The working team is very polite, but not doing any problem solving just sent a technician twice to tell us it is a general hotel problem Wont even think of coming back again to this place

A wonderful hotel with very friendly staff. The guest relations officers, Nora and Yomna, are extremely professional and always have a delightful smile. The reception is excellent, as well as the housekeeping service and their supervisor, who are always dedicated to serving the guests.

A beautiful hotel. Impressive layout. Very spacious rooms outlooking both the pool and the sea. Stunning views. A well serviced private beach. If you want to swim, I recommend to go to the wooden stage. The other side of the beach is rocky in the sand and the water. Not much to do for kids other than the pool and the beach. There is a chance for a long walk across the gardens. The food is very good with a wide variety. The staff are friendly but lack knowledge about the facilities inside and outside the hotel. You can take a private lemozin to visit Porto Sokhna for 150 Egyptian pounds each way. There is a nice collection of cafes and restaurants and a nice short walk on the promenade. The weather was beautiful in November.

The facilities and the rooms were quite outstanding but the front desk staff were too lazy, unhelpful and obviously unwilling to assist starting from taking our reservations till the check out, honestly I would have given this hotel a perfect score if I at least felt a little bit welcomed.

The place is horrible under the bed is all dusty and there food is gross . and my counsins mom in her seasor salad there was a bug in her plate and they told her there gonna get a plate full of fruits that didnt come and they to pay it but she didnt pay and the rules are so so so so bad the kids cant run play football or play with the scooter and the toilets are so dirty and no toilet paper and no soap .

Terrible service and terrible food. We are being treated like in a camp and not a hotel. We are constantly being told you can’t do this and can’t do that. Totally unacceptable. We found nothing to eat and found food that isn’t clean. And when we told them about it they tried to justify and replace it with something else instead of cancelling the order. Definitely won’t come here again.

The beach, services, staff, and food are all excellent. The staff are so welcoming; they were very kind and attentive to my old mom who had to move around the resort on wheelchair. The hotel suited her perfectly. I would like to name some of the staff who were very very attentive to us, first Mr. Mohamed Mousa (general manager), Mr. Ramez from the reception staff, from the housekeeping (Mr. Mohamed Mostafa, Mr. Mina Fayez, and Emad Mohamed). Special thanks and appreciation to Chef Mahmoud Abou Setta. I would also to thank all the staff on the beach. All were very helpful, attentive and decent. We had a memorable experience and will definitely come back. Finally, the chalets are spacious, with the perfect view on the red sea.
