At the end of May 2023, I booked a 3-night stay with 2 meals Facilities: The hotel opened in May 2021 is basically equivalent to a newly opened hotel. The rooms and public areas are very new and clean. The room is super big, enough for 4 people. You can see part of the sea view, and you can watch the fireworks display on the top floor, but we still go to the beach to watch the fireworks by ourselves. Downstairs there is Powerless Children's Paradise, nearby Seven and Lawson are very convenient, and there are large supermarkets maxvalue and drugstores within 10 minutes' walk. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the central area of the Fireworks Festival, and 5 minutes to walk to the pier to take a boat to Hatsushima. Service: There are several non-Japanese staff in the hotel, who seem to be from India. They are fluent in Japanese and English, and the communication is basically barrier-free, but there are no Chinese-speaking staff. Consulting about buying medicine, watching fireworks, borrowing a thermometer, helping to call a car, etc., the service is very thoughtful and enthusiastic. It was raining when we left on the last day, and the front desk took us to a taxi with an umbrella. Environment: Everyone is very friendly, about 90% of Japanese local tourists, the atmosphere is very good. Insufficient: The next day, because the child was uncomfortable, I stayed in the room for a whole day, so I hung do not disturb on the door. The room did not need to be cleaned. Housekeeping put the replacement towels, bathrobes, etc. at the door. On the third day, the child got better. After going out to play for a day, he posted something to be cleaned on the door early in the morning. After a long day of playing, he still piled up all the things at the door of the room like the day before. He didn’t even notice that I posted it on the door. The sign is to be cleaned. But the flaws do not conceal the advantages, it is not a very so-called thing.

The hardware of the hotel is good, but it is very expensive on the day of watching the fireworks. The price is more than 2,000 per night, but it is not easy to get a room. What I'm speechless about is that the automatic check-in process is so terrible. I spent a full 40 minutes in front of my iPad. The operator didn't understand Chinese or English and couldn't understand. He had to write down his identity information and his domestic address. Everything had to be video-recorded with the operator. Make sure I am myself before I will send you a room password. This is the first time in my life to experience such a stay. There weren't any waiters in the hotel, but luckily it was not easy to get it done in the end.

The best family inn ever. The owner doesn't talk much, but is willing to help you and answer questions. The room rate includes dinner + breakfast + hot spring. Everything is so smooth. All meals are delivered to the room, and the owner will ask if you need to make the bed, which is so considerate. There is an open-air hot spring, and the owner will arrange staggered times for you to enjoy it alone, which is very considerate. It is highly recommended that you must stay at Shizuka in Atami.

The hotel is on the edge of a cliff and the view is very good, especially for watching the fireworks display. We stayed at the hotel on the night of the fireworks display. It was very comfortable to watch it directly in the room. There was no need to go to the crowded beach. The price of 2900 is not cheap. It seems to be only 1000 in the off-season. The hotel is some distance from the train station, so walking is not practical. The hotel has a shuttle bus that leaves every 20 minutes but is often not on time. As a result, we didn't get on the bus after eating near the train station that night. The taxi back to the hotel cost more than 2,000 yen. expensive. In fact, it is very convenient to take the Yuyou Line bus. The hotel is very large and there are many people. It has three hot springs. We soaked in two of them and they were all great.

I was able to stay at this hotel at a very reasonable price using the Goto campaign and Kanagawa prefecture discount. Because it was a Saturday night, it was a success with almost full customers. <Good points> ・The taste of dinner was normal, but the number of items was large and I was full. Also, it was nice to have a menu.・The customer service of the front desk and restaurant employees was good.・I was able to use the ice machine and massage machine on the 3rd floor. <Disadvantages> ・I was surprised at the difference between the photo on the website and the actual room. Unlike the photos, it was old, dull, and the scratches on the walls had not been repaired.・The facilities are old, and the extension phone in the room was a dial type, which surprised me.・Do you smoke in the room? It was stinky with the smell of. For this reason, we had to open the windows for about 3 hours to ventilate ourselves. The room was ventilated while the heating was on, but if it was a cold season, I would have liked it to be ventilated in advance.・The wireless WiFi was very slow and could not be used during busy times.・Because of the work schedule of the employees, the meal time was fixed, dinner was early at 18:00 and breakfast was late at 8:00. For this reason, customers ate all at once, so dinner was hectic, and even when we asked the staff, they were slow to respond.

The whole accommodation experience is very good, the environment is really beautiful, the BBQ and campfire at night are very relaxing, family and friends are very satisfied, and it is very close to the Shiguoyu Observatory, and there is a different scenery in a few minutes. The berth is wide and friendly to self-driving travelers, but the entrance is slightly narrow, driving a vehicle the size of Alphard may be a bit difficult, but it should be enough. Absolutely a encore accommodation.

Hotel is near to the Mishima JR station (about 7-10 mins’ walk instead of the stated 3 mins) but it was at the opposite side of the station where all the eateries and amenities were. Could get really dark to walk from the station especially for the ladies. Public bath/onsen was not bad but the outdoor pool was overhyped. There was a cold pool, sauna too. There are 2 massage chairs. Overall, an dated hotel that serves its purpose for a brief stay with tea and coffee dispenser in the lobby.

This hotel is right next to the Mishima train station for both regular JR trains and Shinkansen trains on Tokyo-Osaka line. One can walk in without even cross the road. Access if from the first floor (ground) and the reception is in the second floor. There is a small shopping area in the ground floor. Rooms are of good size with separate seating area. Beds are comfortable and have all facilities expected in a first class hotel. More importantly the toilet and bathroom are in sperate enclosures. If one gets the station side rooms, one could see Mt Fuji in all its glory. Breakfast is good with a choice of Japanese and western dishes; and staff is quite helpful. The only issue is that noise insulation could be little better; it is certainly not comparable to what we found in a hotel situated next to a busy train track.

LLee Sheng YuThe room is large and comfortable. The semi-outdoor cypress tub has just the right depth and is very comfortable for a single person to soak in. The smart water-adding and temperature adjustment are very advanced. You can jump in and enjoy the constant-temperature spring water at any time throughout the day👍🏻 The Japanese-style semi-buffet breakfast is very rich. It tastes pretty good too. Overall it's a very satisfying experience.

FFlavioI’m a little torn to rate the location average because it can be a pain to get to if you don’t have a car, but the view from the room (apparently all rooms have view of the sea) is great. A lot of variety for breakfast but nothing really stood out. I didn’t get to visit the onsen because they don’t allow tattooed people. I would stay again, especially in summer on a fireworks day!

LlegokingGreat value for money. It is very close to Atami Station, a 5-minute walk, very convenient. After exiting the JR station, turn left and walk straight ahead (passing the bus station, there is a Family Mart opposite). Self check-in, remember to ask the staff for a kettle when checking in, as there is no one in the room; disposable items such as toothbrushes and cups can be obtained from the elevator. However, breakfast is a small sandwich and coffee, which is not full and is not recommended. You can store your luggage in the hotel before check-in (automatic luggage box on the first floor). The MOA Art Museum can be reached directly by bus in front of the hotel, but it is still recommended to go to Atami Station to take the bus, otherwise there may be no seats. The staff is rather cold-faced and unenthusiastic. Another bad thing is that on the way from Atami Station to the hotel, you will pass by a heavenly burial ground, which is a bit unlucky~ Everything else is perfect~

GGuest UserBecause it is near ”MuddyCat” that I wanted to go, there is a tablet terminal at the entrance, and the face is initially registered, and the password and the room number are sent to the email. Take a picture of your face on a tablet and enter your password. There was no person at the front desk and it was unmanned. Payment is PayPay (QR code is at the front desk) or it seems to be a way to put cash in the envelope. If you rent a towel or toothbrush at another price, you will pay the same (there was) I didn't find a sleeping clothes, so you should bring it. (if you didn't put it, there was 100 in Max Valley) There was no kitchen, but there was a refrigerator and microwave. The facilities were clean.

GGuest User2Stayed on the first day of the three consecutive holidays in the month. 2 I thought about it a week ago and looked for an inn, but there was nowhere (apart from the stupid high place), it was almost the only choice. It is a big hotel with a transfer bus from the station. It was close to Manyo Park and so on. There is also a convenience store in front of you. Dinner was delicious and the best except for the iron plate baking of pork roses and the western style pot (this 2 goods were better not. In terms of quality, not quantity.). The bath is not good or not necessary. It was a Japanese room, so it was normal to come to lay a futon, but when I told the front desk, I was saved because I could pass the 「 service 」 and be free by myself. Breakfast was good level on average, but the richness of the type is a surprise level. It may not be able to eat even if it stays for a long time in the feeling that there is nothing in the Japanese and Western countries. It is a recommended inn.

GGuest UserWe came to see the blooming Jacaranda Trees with the deep blue flowers. KKR Hotel Atami is a little off from the main strip but an easy to walk downtown. (Also quiet at night) It is on a hill and from the 5th floor there is nothing between you and the Sweeping Ocean! Wonderful View! And the Natural Hot Spring Bath, both indoor and outdoor have the same sweeping views of the ocean. The Outdoor Bath, called ”Seiki no Yu”- bath under the twinkling Stars, has some Zen Rock Gardens around it--quite relaxing. We stayed in the modern bedroom which was smallish, but clean and had everything we needed. We had the summertime Half-Board Plan which included an amazing array of Japanese dishes for dinner, beautifully decorated and delicious. Free Parking was in the Courtyard, the Entrance was a little hard to find, but everyone was helpful. We will stay again.

GGuest UserThe facilities are old, but Showa and good. Even during Golden Week, the price is stable Itoen Group. The dinner is a decent selection and the taste is reasonable. ◎ with alcohol. Breakfast is at a level that seems to be enough compared to night. After all, I think this inn is exhausted by the ”Roman bath”. I entered both night and morning. It is worth entering with nostalgic. Hot water is also good. Because it is a long-established hotel, there are stairs and steps everywhere in the lobby, room, moving, Rome bath. I saw an old man who moved in a wheelchair climbed while supporting the stairs and his son folded his wheelchair and climbed the stairs. I don't think people with disabilities can enjoy this hotel.

EExplorer664360I requested a room with a good view, but I had a room with a corner room with both sides of the sea and the mountain, and the view was good and I saw Asahi. The building is old but I didn't care so much. The room is decayed I thought it would be good to fix it because the carpet was dirty and a little uncomfortable. The futon was laid in the room from the beginning, and we stepped on the futon until we went to bed at night. I don't want to, and if you lay it, it is better to have a small table, too big and narrow, and there is no footstep, is the remnant of the room food? I don't need it now. And I left my luggage before check-in, but I was disappointed that I didn't carry it to the room. The corona countermeasures are the temperature check at the entrance, there is disinfectant everywhere, The buffet was gloves, chairs and tables, and it was safe, and it was safe, and it was safe, and it was safe, and it was safe, and it was safe, and it was safe, and it was safe, and it was safe, and it was safe, and it was safe, and it was safe, and it was safe, and it was safe, and it was safe, and it was safe, and It was high Itoen group of Cospa It is not an inn at this time, but the satisfaction is high considering the price. SSouravThis is a traditional Japanese Ryokan style hotel. All instructions are in English however, means there are foreigners regularly staying here. There is a open air onsen (hot bath) which is very pleasant. Must be reserved in advance. Drinks can be bought at 200 yen a pop. This is a fully unmanned Ryokan meaning it self check in and self checkout ! The rooms are very small (4 meter square) which barely fits a bed. Pictures on the travel sites about the rooms in this hotel are deceiving ! The location is sort of OK from Kinomiya station but it's quite far from Atami city center and Atami sun beach . We took at taxi which was 1200 yen. Kinomiya Jinja is 25 minutes by foot.
