The sea view room has beautiful scenery, relatively large room, comfortable and convenient transportation. Why is it required to check in at 15:00 but check out at 10:00? Didn’t I pay the room rate for one day? Breakfast must be reserved before 17:00 the day before, which is unreasonable! Will I not have breakfast if I check in later?

The explanation at check-in was easy to understand, and I forgot my makeup remover so I called the front desk. The response was wonderful and kind. thank you very much!

The sea view is great, not far from JR Atami Station, and about a 10-minute walk to Atami Water Park.

我和家人對此酒店有兩種不同評價。對於酒店位置我覺得好滿意，因為可以望海，睇到日出，睇到大月亮，仲可以睇到煙花。但阿妹就覺得離車站太遠，沿路太斜，巴士不多，好難行。對於酒店設施，我覺得尚可，但阿妹就嫌舊，嫌惡床單上有污跡。對於愛好海景，追求性價比的朋友，這裡是不錯的；對於追求新穎酒店設施的朋友，則需要多加思考。

It's a hotel with a lot of problems, but I want to use it again. Best night view.

Part of the condominium is now a hotel. The feeling of staying in a housing complex. It was originally an apartment, not a hotel. There is a hot spring underground, but it is filled with water. The bath in the room is a free-flowing hot spring. It's hot, but it's common to let it cool without adding water before entering. No transportation. Lawson is a little further away. It's hard to walk from Atami Station, so it's wise to use the bus. The upper floors have a good view of the sea. You might be worried about the sound of cars on the lower floors. No alcohol is sold inside.
