Traveling with my retired brother and mother. My mother was evacuated to Atami during the war, and I made a reservation by calling the inn in advance as a barrier-free inn that is friendly to the elderly. The building is old, and the elevators and corridors are narrow and full of steps. On top of that, I booked a room with a good view, but it was a room that could be seen by the residents of the next building, and there was no view of the sea, so I couldn't use the open-air bath in the room. At dinner, I was surprised to find that the beer was taken out of the refrigerator in the room, and the cold sake was served in a bottle of Japanese sake in ice water for wine. Only the amount is top notch, but it is the worst, and I am dissatisfied with complaints. Has the owner ever traveled to other hotels, etc.? It's a bad feeling to remember at an inn where it would have been better to relax at home.
