A perfect stay for a short trip to Atami. The hotel was clean and the staff was attentive. The in-room onsen bath was a plus. However, the onsen public bath was relatively mediocre compared to other hotels of the same calibre. All in all, it’s a good stay worth the penny.

Service: From check-in to dining and check-out, everything went smoothly, full marks for service; when checking out, they also helped to call a taxi, and they also gave us an umbrella very enthusiastically because it was raining.
Hygiene: Full marks for hygiene, it feels really clean, very suitable for people with mysophobia hahaha
Nothing else to add, each room has an independent entrance to ensure privacy. The breakfast is not bad, but I may not be used to such a Japanese breakfast. In addition, you can only take a taxi to travel, which is a little bit unsatisfactory

Two rooms cost more than 15,000 for one night. Although meals were included, the taste was really not good. The environment was OK. There was a little episode when checking in. I booked meals, but the hotel said they didn't. However, their attitude was OK. After I communicated with them, they asked us to eat first. Later I learned that it was because Ctrip didn't communicate well with them. But in the end, the problem was solved. The room is quite large. In a Japanese hotel with a high star rating, one of the two elevators was under maintenance and the faucet in the room was dripping. The breakfast was good but there was only white rice.

The room is large and comfortable. The semi-outdoor cypress tub has just the right depth and is very comfortable for a single person to soak in. The smart water-adding and temperature adjustment are very advanced. You can jump in and enjoy the constant-temperature spring water at any time throughout the day👍🏻 The Japanese-style semi-buffet breakfast is very rich. It tastes pretty good too. Overall it's a very satisfying experience.
