Service staff polite and helpful. Provided us with a flask willingly and was always cheerful and welcoming each day

Room is clean and comfortable. facilities are new,but parking space is not free and the access is limited to 10pm before only, and the room rare is quite whichq high similar to Tokyo, not sure if it was because of the fireworks. The firework is stunning btw!

We stayed at the hotel for the Atami Fireworks. Location is a nice easy walk down the slopes to the shopping streets. Plenty of amenities nearby. Room was clean and the space was well thought out. Staff is helpful. The carpark attendant that day wasn't the most friendly but that didn't spoil the stay.
We were recommended not to drive to the pier for the fireworks because of traffic jam, which turns out to be true as cars were waiting just get out of carparks. However, it's a steep walk back after the fireworks as we followed google maps for the shortest route back but it surprised us with stairs. Could be an easier walk if we had retrace our steps although the distance would be longer.

This hotel has minimum service. The room is small and is of weird layout. The included breakfast is too simple to be a “breakfast “. And, you can not temporarily store your luggages after checking out. We are not impressed by this hotel at all!

Staff is not friendly , do not cooperate, for all questions answered no.
Did not explain at what time breakfast begins, did not present wifi password and so on
No cattle in the room, no adapter, no internet, poor breakfast
Not possible to leave a luggage after check out even for 1 hour.
Disaster hotel..Do not recommend
