Everything is perfect, the hotel design is humanity and comfortable. The onsen in the room with regular temp all day and the view from balcony and public onsen is gorgeous.The service is really great by every staffs. The car park is just on the floor with your room is also very convenience. Look forward to come again if have chances.

The scenery is great, the room is big, and it has its own bathtub. It was very comfortable and happy to stay here. My son enjoyed the bath very much. We didn't go to the public bathhouse, but I suggest everyone go there because you will be charged whether you go or not.

The hotel will arrange a round trip taxi, the service is attentive, the breakfast is also very good, you can watch the sunrise and sunset with an unparalleled view of the sea, and you can watch the fireworks (if it is a designated time)

The hotel is very new, the quality, service, location and view are very good. But there is a serious problem that Xiaohongshu does not mention. The main road below the balcony is very noisy, which affects the mood of bathing. There is also a small problem, the curtains are poor in shading.

It is obvious that the attitude of local people is not as good as that of foreigners. The curtains in the room are very transparent and easy to wake up from the sun in the morning. As a hotel with a price of about 3.5k, I think there are still many areas that need to be improved.

The location and facilities of the hotel are good. It should be a good location for watching fireworks. It is very close to the beach and commercial street within walking distance. I thought it would be a perfect travel experience, but I experienced a very disappointing surprise when dining. We booked dinner and the check-in guide was written in Chinese in the large bathhouse. You can wear the yukata provided by the hotel in the restaurant on the 6th floor. The staff who led the check-in also introduced that the white yukata can only be worn in the room, and the black one can be worn in the public area. In the spirit of Following the principle of doing as Romans do when in town, I put on the hotel's yukata before going to the restaurant, but when I arrived at the door of the restaurant, I was told that I was not allowed to enter. I went back to the room angrily and changed into my own clothes before entering the restaurant, but I lost the interest as before. I took the restaurant guide provided by the hotel. The waiter said he was sorry and would report it to the hotel to revise the guidelines. No one from the hotel even expressed the slightest apology for the confusion their mistake caused to us until departure - I can only say that I deeply regret the service of this hotel.

It was an expensive hotel, but well worth going. The room quality, customer service, everything was excellent. I'd like to go again.
