I was at a loss at the time and didn't know what to do. I said I would contact Ctrip first. My family started packing. After contacting Ctrip, I told them the whole story. Ctrip said they would contact the merchant. About half an hour later, Ctrip said that the merchant said you can stay, there is no problem... I was really angry and speechless at the time, and a little aggrieved. I don't know why Ctrip was fine after calling me. They were so fierce to me. I asked Ctrip why it was like this. One moment they said it was not possible, but the next moment it was okay. I have packed my luggage now and I don't want to stay any longer. Then Ctrip contacted the store again and replied that the store did not agree to cancel. If you don't stay now, you can only book it again at your own expense. We apologize for your experience. There are no rooms in the hotels outside today, and some are very expensive. I suggest you bear the grievance and stay. It was 11 o'clock at that time. I checked Ctrip and found that all the surrounding hotels were full and there was nowhere to go. I stayed there. The next morning, it was raining and I dragged my luggage to leave. I booked a hotel by myself. I told Ctrip about the early check-out. Anyway, after communication, the hotel refused to refund the room fee for the second night. I paid the tax and bathing fee for two nights and it was not refunded. It was really helpless, and the store did not admit that one of its employees had a bad attitude. I told Ctrip that no one asked us to cancel the order. In the end, Ctrip compensated some expenses according to a proportion of the second night's room fee. When you go out, you should avoid booking small and local homestays. Hotels will be more reliable. Whether in terms of communication or safety.

The shop is halfway up the mountain, ancient and mysterious. If you are for sentiment, you can try the century-old house, which feels like going back to your grandma's house, but there are many rules. For example, there is a curfew at 9:00.
