The waitresses were friendly and it was a very enjoyable stay. The food was delicious and we ate in our room so we could relax and enjoy our meal. The hot spring was on the top floor, but it was close to our room and was also great.

"Japanese-style room with bathtub" was seriously misled by the picture of this room type!!! There is actually no balcony open-air bath, only indoor bathroom bathtub. Someone mentioned it in a previous review, but it was still a pitfall. I remind you again if you need it, please book a room with open-air bath in the title!!! The hotel's English level is very poor, and I don't want to waste my breath to argue, so I just think I'm unlucky. The privacy design of the outdoor hot spring bath is very poor, and there is basically no cover. The hotel's free shuttle bus is rare and requires reservations, but the phone can't be reached, which is very inconvenient.

We booked a room through the website, but the style of the room in the photo was different from the actual style. The staff’s English was very poor, but there were many options for one bed, two meals, and there was space for us to set off fireworks.
