Very limited English but service was good. The private big onsen was very good, but would have been even better if it was open air in the big private one because it got too stuffy inside.

熱海駅から路線バスを利用して網代温泉を散策して、日帰り入浴にて利用しました。一階にあり内湯、露天風呂がありゆっくりを温泉につかれて良かったです◯

かけ流し源泉が目当てでこの宿を選びました。チェックイン後にもかかわらず露天が入れないほどの高温。フロントに尋ねると源泉を薄めないように加水を控えているため高温であるとのこと。入れなければ温泉の意味がない。 夕食前に部屋に来て布団を敷いた男性従業員はやにわに敷布団を放り投げたので驚いた。まもなく食事だというのにホコリが舞う。客の存在を気にしない従業員の態度。 夕食は、会席だが献立の順番通り出てこない。献立を良く見ると料理名に網掛けがしてあり、それらは最初に一気に出てくる。単なる手抜きと感じる。 料理はどれもぼんやりとした味。ご飯も美味しくない。 露天風呂は風情がありそうだが、植木にムシコナーズがかけてあり雰囲気台無し。スーパー銭湯か。 チェックアウト後宿の前まで見送りをするなら目の前にある狭い駐車場の誘導ぐらいしたらどうだろう。 源泉かけ流し、海の見える部屋、部屋食、モダンなインテリアとスペックは優秀に見えるが接客に全く心がこもっていない。形だけの宿である。
