Room 544. Toilet stank due to the water trap/drainage. Soap was empty. Door shutting from another room was very loud but that could just be an inconsiderate guest. Didn’t use the public bath although it looked popular amongst the locals.

Hotel is near to Sun beach and a shopping district. It also provides shuttle bus service to the train station and is really convenient. Shout out to staff Fukumara Imelda! Excellent service from her and she acceded to my request for a change in room (with a top up fee) and made the procedures real smooth! Worth a stay for families as the rooms with tatamis are huge.

This is an old hotel about 30 years old. It should have been a good hotel in the Showa era. Now the hardware is too old, but the hot spring conditions are good, and the good service makes up for the lack of hardware! The hotel guests are basically older Japanese, and there are relatively few foreign tourists. Some of them have reservations from travel agencies! It is within walking distance of the beach and the shrine, and the location is good!

I brought my parents out to play. The room was very large, with a separate bathing room and toilet. The toilet did smell very bad as other guests commented, but it was acceptable. There were many types of buffets in the evening and breakfast. There were three places to soak in hot springs, and you could see the stars in the open air. The hotel also had a free shuttle bus to Atami Station. It was about a 10-minute walk from Kinomiya Station. There were many restaurants near the hotel. My parents were very satisfied with this hotel.

I've rated them 3 and 4, but that doesn't mean they were bad. It's not "cheap means bad," and there were some parts that were cheap, but I'm always satisfied! Breakfast and dinner are included, plus all-you-can-drink alcohol. Table tennis and karaoke are free. There are also three baths. There are some parts that give a sense of age, but there were a variety of people there, from young couples to a family that seemed to be three generations, and friends on vacation.
