As a loyalty member of Hoshino that have been coming to Rinsonare for many times , this is very acceptable and I have requested to cancel this dinner . When I arrived hotel within the dinner time , they said the food is no longer available and hotel still insist to charge me 100%.

I used Google translate bc K live in a large minka in Kyoto and only speak and write Japanese. This was an amazing hotel. When we got in the staff were friendly and the room was incredible and spacious. Even the bathroom was spotless. The kids enjoyed the ball pit, my 9 year old daughter loved it and played for an hour. The indoor beach was good and we had fun in the sand. The rock climbing wall is nice and padded so the kids won't get hurt. The pool was gorgeous and weswam for almost 3 hours. The food was super yummy. When my 6 year old hurt his knee, a kind staff member gave him a bandaid and a lollipop, lol. The kids ballroom smelled a little strange and when I told them they said sorry. I want the ballroom to be nicer but other than that I had a truly incredible experience. If you want a great, memorable trip with your family, pick this resort. Will totally come back. Even my husband liked it.

I don't understand why a hotel classified as a high-class hotel would have a 100% cancellation fee. Is that the management policy? You can't make reservations with peace of mind, and it's not customer-oriented. There are many reasons why you might not be able to go, such as poor health, business, pregnancy, or accident, but please think about how people would feel if that were to happen. It's strange. The view from the room was amazing. It was raining on the first day, but the night view was still beautiful. I went with my family of 4 and 2 preschoolers. I went on a family trip for the first time in a while and wanted to have a relaxing stay. My 5 year old daughter was very happy with the bouldering and the chef experience at the kids studio. All of the staff members were kind, polite, and very enjoyable.
