After going out to play for a day, he posted something to be cleaned on the door early in the morning. After a long day of playing, he still piled up all the things at the door of the room like the day before. He didn’t even notice that I posted it on the door. The sign is to be cleaned. It's a 15-minute walk from the station, so you can walk downhill from the station, so you can walk to the hotel while eating and sightseeing.Although it's uphill on the way back, it's a location where you won't get bored even if you try your best to walk. A shuttle bus is also available. By the way, Atami gets quite congested during the leisure season, so I personally think it would be difficult to get there by car. There are several ITO EN affiliated hotels in Atami, so I'm not sure where to go next. If there was one feature, I think it would be a hotel I would want to visit again, so I would like to expect more features and services from this hotel.

The best family inn ever. The owner doesn't talk much, but is willing to help you and answer questions. The room rate includes dinner + breakfast + hot spring. Everything is so smooth. All meals are delivered to the room, and the owner will ask if you need to make the bed, which is so considerate. There is an open-air hot spring, and the owner will arrange staggered times for you to enjoy it alone, which is very considerate. It is highly recommended that you must stay at Shizuka in Atami.

Ara ... It is a couple who have long been raised. I wanted to see the fireworks of Atami and drive from Chiba Prefecture. I thought that it was a day trip, and I stayed in room 303 for one night. There was resistance to ”night stay”... There is a terrace of 6 tatami mats in the room (there is also a table & chair) I took a walk around Atami Station and bought sea and sake on the terrace slowly! The fireworks were also able to be appreciated by great power from the terrace (^-^) The room was clean, and the joint toilet, the bathroom bath, and the living room were very clean, and I think the cleaning is also going. Hot springs were also good hot water! There are only three washing places, but the stone tub is large. However, there are only ... large baths １, so it is because men and women change in time. If you want to enjoy hot spring baths, It may be a little lacking. But there is a shower room available 24 o'clock on the different floor, so you can take a bath outside the time (however, it is not hot spring water) In the living room, instant coffee, tea, water, hot water, ice and tea ware were also free, so I made it here and drank in the room or drank while watching the scenery on the terrace of the living room. The owner and the staff were friendly and kind. It is an inn that I want to stay again (^^)

The whole accommodation experience is very good, the environment is really beautiful, the BBQ and campfire at night are very relaxing, family and friends are very satisfied, and it is very close to the Shiguoyu Observatory, and there is a different scenery in a few minutes. The berth is wide and friendly to self-driving travelers, but the entrance is slightly narrow, driving a vehicle the size of Alphard may be a bit difficult, but it should be enough. Last time I chose ”room with hot springs”, but this time I stayed in a Japanese room with 8 tatami mats. (It's the cheapest plan) The view is on the other side of the room with a hot spring, and you shouldn't expect it because you can only see the cityscape. Also, although there is no indoor bath, there is a large communal bath, so there is no problem. The large communal bath changes daily, but both are large baths and have good hot water. There is also a hot spring area so you can relax. Now it seems normal to park in the second parking lot (plane) a little far from the first parking lot (mechanical parking lot). But please note that it is a little far away. Well, there is a supermarket just a few minutes walk away, so it's a good plan for traveling alone, and I think it's good because you can relax. If you want to luxury, there are various plans, so I think it is good to choose and stay.

Hotel is near to the Mishima JR station (about 7-10 mins’ walk instead of the stated 3 mins) but it was at the opposite side of the station where all the eateries and amenities were. Could get really dark to walk from the station especially for the ladies. Public bath/onsen was not bad but the outdoor pool was overhyped. There was a cold pool, sauna too. There are 2 massage chairs. Overall, an dated hotel that serves its purpose for a brief stay with tea and coffee dispenser in the lobby.

This hotel is right next to the Mishima train station for both regular JR trains and Shinkansen trains on Tokyo-Osaka line. One can walk in without even cross the road. Access if from the first floor (ground) and the reception is in the second floor. There is a small shopping area in the ground floor. Rooms are of good size with separate seating area. Beds are comfortable and have all facilities expected in a first class hotel. More importantly the toilet and bathroom are in sperate enclosures. If one gets the station side rooms, one could see Mt Fuji in all its glory. Breakfast is good with a choice of Japanese and western dishes; and staff is quite helpful. The only issue is that noise insulation could be little better; it is certainly not comparable to what we found in a hotel situated next to a busy train track.
