Stayed at this hotel as the one next door didn’t have a room for us even though we booked and paid in advance. Y Palm hotel was a blessing. Lovely clean room, sea view and quiet. All the staff (especially receptionist) was very helpful and friendly. Also the hotel provide free beds on the nearby beach. I was definitely recommend.

Das war der schrecklichste Urlaub bis dato. Die Betten sind so klein, dass gerade mal eine Person auf einem Doppelbett übernachten kann. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht wirklich und anscheinend war das auch kein Einzelfall, da sich alle darüber beschwert haben. Am zweiten Tag unseres Aufenthalts gab es kein Wasser im gesamten Hotelkomplex, das hielt dann für min. 24 Stunden an. Bitte zahlt nicht im voraus, sondern erst bei eurem Check-out, da ansonsten keine Rückerstattung bei vorzeitigem Verlassen des Hotels gewährt wird!!!

Hayatınız görebileceğiniz en berbat otel , tam bir fiyasko , sorunlarınızı iletebileceğiniz bir yetkili yok, tamamen ilgisiz personeller, kahvaltı sadece peynirden oluşuyor, yok denecek kadar az , odada klima çalışmıyor, yataklar çok küçük, oda temizliği yapılmıyor, ve tüm gün sular kesildi kişisel ihtiyaçlarımızı bile karşılayamadık, hevesle gitmiştik ama tam bir hayal kırıklığı, paranız çöpe gitmesin

40 metrekare diye tuttuk odayı,7 kişilikmiş. Ne 40 metrekare, ne de 7 kişilik.hiç memnun kalmadım. Hotels uygulamasından aldım. Konaklamadığım halde paramı geri ödemiyorlar. Çok kötü bir deneyimdi.Hiç kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum Hotels uygulamasınıda oteli de.
