A Hotel direct at the sea - but this is the only beautiful thing. Hotel seems like nearly bankrupt- breakfast on lowest level! Rooms are clean but nothing special! We booked for two nights but we left after the first. Coffee was served in paper cups for breakfast.

Biz otele tatile gittik hiç memnun kalmadık otelin otoparkın da aracımıza başka bi araba vurmuş bizi bulamamışlar otelin anons sistemi yok sadece odaya baktık dediler telefonla ulaşamamışlar biz akşam gördük arbayı otel müdürü kabul etmiyor kendiniz halledin dedi ve zararımız karşılanmadı hiç memnun kalmadık yemeklerinden

Ankara’dan gelen misafirlerimi, çocukluğumda çok kere gitmiş olduğum ALTINORFOZ oteline günübirlik olarak maalesef götürmüş bulundum!!!bu kadar rezil bir hizmet, bu kadar pis bir otel ve bu kadar kötü bir ortam daha önce hiç görmedim!her sene çeşitli otellere gidip memnuniyetimi buradan yazıyorum! Soda limonun fiyatı nasıl 300 lira olabilir anlamış değilim! Fiyatları geçtim hizmet korkunç!Güya aquapark denilen havuzda çocuklar üst üste atlıyorlar! Havuz görevlisi aquaparkta çocukları kontrollü kaydırması gerekirken müdahale etmediği için oğlumun dudağı patladı! Otel çıkışı şikayetlerimiz dile getirdiğimizde ise bir sonraki gelişimizde (asla)daha memnun ayrılacağımız söylendi!!!diğer oteller için Daha önce yapmış olduğum yorumlara bakarsanız eğer, aslında beklentimin ve memnuniyetimin küçücük şeylerle bile olduğunu görebilirsiniz! GİDECEK OLAN VARSA iyi DÜŞÜNÜN DERİM!!Keşke çocukluğumda gittiğim otel olarak aklımda kalsaydı!!!!

Çocuklar aqua parkını kullansın diye günübirlik kart alarak girdik.... Öncelikle yemekleri ***et güzeldi plajında çok balık var hatta bitanesi bacağımı kanattı.. Aqua park çok randımanlı değildi çünkü elektrik kesintisi oldu defalarca doğru düzgün tadını da çıkaramadılar

Otel çok kalabalık ve çalışanlar yetersiz. Akşam yemeklerinde dışarda yer bulmak çok zor. Daha çok çocuklu aileler var. Her yerde çocuk sesi. Akşam yemeğinde son ses çocuk şarkıları çalıp çocuk diskosu yapılıyor. Çocuksuz gelen çiftler için eziyet. Bu etkinlik için ayrı bir yer olmalı. Havuzu çok küçük ve kalabalık girmedik hiç. Kumsalı çok küçük ve yine çocuk kaynıyor. Şezlonglar dip dibe. Yüzme biliyorsanız iskele kısmı güzel. İskele kısmında deniz temiz. Kayalıkların orda bolca balık var. İzlemek çok keyifli. Otelin bundan başka artısı yok. Çalışanlar profesyonellikten uzak. Yemek saatini bir dakika geçse bitti deyip vermiyorlar. Kahve saati var güya. İskele de türk kahvesi saatinde içmek istedik ama çalışan adisyon açmaya çalıştı. Açık meyve suyu ücretsiz güya onu da iskele barda zorla aldık. Self servis ama yine de getireyim deyip günü birlikçilere hizmet ediyorlar. Evet otel dışardan günü birlikçi alıyor. Bu şekilde kaliteyi daha da düşürüyor. Yemekler kötü ve hijyen yok. Mini bar boş. Para ile dolduruluyor. Restorant aşırı havasız. Beş dakika durun tüm yemek kokuları üzerinize siner.

Yapılan kötü yorumlara bakmayın. Eylül 26 ailecek gittik ***et güzeldi.denizi muhteşem yemekler güzel daha ne yapsınlar anlamadim.tamam aşırı çeşit yok.ama yeter.odalar temiz.sadecee otelin biraz bakıma ihtiyacı var. Her gece canlı müzik var.daha ne olsun.

Otel için mecburduk diyebilirim .. 3 aile konaklama yaptık; otel görseline ve yorumlara aldandık ama tam bir fiyasko . Oda içerisi temiz değildi, odaya yerleştikten sonra temizlik istedik yapılmadı . Havuz 6 da kapanıyor otel personeli için oldukça nezaketsiz . Fıskiye bozuk televizyon çalışmıyor kumanda nın üzeri bile bir parmak tozdu . Oda terliği vs yok . Havuz için ayrıca havlu istemekten yorulduk neticede yoldan geldik yanımızda çocuklarla temiz havlu bulundurmamız mümkün değil ama otelde yardımcı olmadı . Hepsi bir kenara çıkış yaparken ; personel memnunun muydunuz sorusu iletti ; yorumlara yorum yazacağımızı belirttik çok kibar bir hanımefendi olsa gerek ki iyi yorumu yazmazsınız gidin yazın dedi ! Üslupsuz .. oldukça kötü çalışanlarının yarısı Türkçe konuşamıyor otelden haberdar değil resepsiyon personeli nezaketsiz ben böyle yorumları okusam asla gecelik bu kadar para verip kalmazdım tercih sizin .
