Wonderful service - guard and porter at the front, efficient front desk, upgraded to a Nile room.
Pool side was great with a view of the Nile, plenty of chairs and fresh towels, although bar staff sometimes a little slow on drink and food refills this could be forgiven
Buffet breakfast had a good selection including eggs made to order, staff very attentive
Dinner selection was OK but again great service

The room facilities are outdated and in need of replacement. The bedding with faded sheets and the squeaky bed that creaks with every movement were a nightmare for light sleepers. The breakfast selection was limited and replenished very slowly. Additionally, the hotel staff seemed impersonal - they didn't greet guests when passing by, lacking the welcoming atmosphere expected from a resort. Five stars for the scenic view, but everything else was rather disappointing.

Location Good. Service good (the bellboy michael is very helpful). The hotel room is not clean, has bugs. and the water heater and perssure is suck. Not able to take a good shower after a hot day

I came here on a business trip. The environment and service are very professional. However, the facilities are old and the air conditioning is poor. I was woken up many times in the middle of the night. You can swim and see the Nile River. It's okay.
