The check-in process became a bit unpleasant as their stated policies did not match what was written in our trip.com booking confirmation. This included check-in time and number of guests for the room. We included our children and even had their ages listed in the confirmation. Upon check-in we were told that it was only a room for two adults. We were then instructed to pay extra for one child. Policies should be conveyed clearly when booking so we can know what to expect. Otherwise, the room had a beautiful view and the kids enjoyed the large pool. The breakfast buffet had a great selection.

It’s one of if not the best hotel in Aswan, situated in an exclusive island with an amazing view of the Nile and Nubian village. The staff was super comforting and lovely. There’s a shuttle boat that runs 24 hours to the main center of Aswan. I had an incredible time here. <3

it would be time to renovate rooms and mattresses need to be urgently changed in Tower building. Regular breakfast buffet offer.

The most satisfying hotel in Egypt during the ten days. I highly recommend the Nile View Suite, the balcony is very large and the view is really amazing. The price is more than a thousand cheaper than the old waterfall that day. The facilities are not very old.

Part of the French Accor Group, it is located on a small island in the center of Aswan. It is surrounded by water and has unparalleled scenery. The most important thing is that the ice cream is delicious.

The environment is very good and the service is average. It can only be regarded as a four-star level. A small number of basic staff in the hotel do not understand English. The biggest problem is that the hygiene is too poor. There is a lot of fallen leaves and dust on the sofa cushions on the terrace of the Royal Villa where we stayed. There is also a lot of fallen leaves and dust on the curtains in the room. A lot of dust, which is a problem that should never occur in a hotel at this price. Also, when I went to the executive lounge on the high tower after a meal, I was told that I couldn't sit by the window if I only drank wine and didn't eat? ? It's the hotel's turn to tell guests where to sit and when. It's too rigid.

The hotel is on an island and requires a boat ride. You don't have to worry about the whole process of handling the ceremony and the service staff are very attentive. Then the flaw is that I can't figure out the relationship between people, luggage and rooms. The hotel on the island has two entrances. I was told it was A. To be on the safe side, I rushed up with my luggage, and the front desk told me it was B. Then he rushed to the next door holding his things. The friend on the other side told me that it was B and arrived at B smoothly. After checking in, he informed that the luggage went to A…. Facilities: The rooms are very simple and old domestic standard rooms. Environment: Next to the Nile River, the river view is amazing! We have an island to ourselves and the natural environment is great.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The facilities are very old! It's like a guest house. It's very noisy. At around 1 in the morning, the gongs and drums on the other side of the street are loud and loud. I barely slept for three or four hours. I just stayed at the Hilton in Luxor the day before and it was a great experience. Then I came to Aswan and stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel. The difference was huge! But the Luxor Hilton is even cheaper.

I have booked two rooms, let me post twice: When I entered the room, I found traces of suspected bugs on the pillowcase. I checked carefully and found that the pillowcase was torn! Are hotels going bankrupt? Don't you want to replace worn out spare parts? Take a closer look, OMG, there is a pillowcase with creases, it seems that it has not been replaced! After complaining about this, I was about to take a shower and found that there was no bathrobe in the room. I called several times and it was time to come. Damn it, even the hanger that came with the bathrobe was covered in ashes. How else to use this bathrobe? The facial tissues in the bathroom were gone after only a few were used. They must have not been replaced since the last guest left. It took at least two or three phone calls, and later I even went to the front desk to urge it before it was delivered. However, if you don’t want to put it into the tissue box in the bathroom, I will throw two boxes for you. If you like it, you can change it yourself! We booked two rooms, the other room is for my parents. They took a shower around two o'clock after checking in, and at six-thirty in the evening, the bathroom was still wet. The slope is placed backwards hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha Do you think this is over? not at all! At breakfast the next day, there was a large amount of juice in front of the beverage counter. We had already eaten one round. Then we went to get something for the second round and it wasn’t cleaned yet? ? ? We were supposed to be the first guests to have dinner. When we left, we discovered that there was broken glass under the table! This is because someone broke the cup at least a day ago and didn't clean it up! How could such a large piece of glass be so blind? The vast majority of foreign guests on the island are old men and women on vacation. How can the hotel dare to do so with so many risk factors? ! As for the thin soles of the slippers, these are minor flaws. One of the few (only) advantages of this hotel is the view, both from the room and the restaurant. But! You must be careful not to open the windows when no one is around. A gust of wind can bring sand and dust into the room. I didn't pay attention when I went out, and I was caught. As soon as I entered the room, I couldn't stop coughing. When checking in, no one reminded me of such an important thing. For dinner, the view was good but the taste was so-so. However, in addition to the service charge, they also ask you to write down how much tip you are willing to pay on the bill. The problem is that when eating, asking for water, paper towels, etc. is always slow and delayed. In a serious Dinner restaurant, soup, main dishes, and desserts are all served together. Can you believe it? Okay, since I dare to write how much tip you are willing to pay, then I dare to write "0"🙄 Finally, some of the waiters in this hotel can really trick you into tipping you. It took two people to move the boxes from the hotel to the pier. After disembarking, it took three more people to move the boxes. It's actually not expensive to tip a little, but can you please stop doing it? As for the welcome fruits on the first day when I checked in, and the knock on the door to stop me from taking a shower, it was considered a pleasure and only a tip was needed. As for whether it was unpleasant for me to open the door naked, no one seemed to care. So, let me ask the Accor Group first, why would a hotel of this quality stay in the group? Both belong to the Accor Group and are both in Aswan. Although the Old Waterfall is expensive, I still recommend that anyone who wants to have a good vacation mood book the Old Waterfall! The best you can do here is to have a meal at a restaurant with a view. If you don't stay there, you'll be disappointed. I have never written such a long review for any hotel, and it is still a negative review. Mövenpick, I really don’t enjoy it🙄

The location of the hotel is indeed good, but there are a lot of things I want to complain about: 1. When I checked in, I was told that because I had children, I had to pay an additional US$20 per night, and the price was shown on the booking platform to be US$15. 2. When I checked in, I had already paid with Ctrip, but my credit card was charged again. 3. The facilities of the hotel are not 5 stars at all, they are 4 stars at most. You can look at the pictures. The sofa is dented and the slippers are of very poor quality. My baby said it feels like stepping on the ground. After staying for two days, they broke on the second day. , toilet toilets are extremely old. 4. The breakfast is very average, the selection is very different from the previous Mina Palace, but the price is more expensive than Mina. 5. The price of the hotel’s room service is okay. Fair enough, the popular dish, lamb chops, is delicious.
