It was difficult to book an apartment in Aswan during Christmas, so I booked this hotel at short notice. The service was very attentive and the service staff were very enthusiastic. I was lucky enough to be assigned a river-view room. It was great to have breakfast on the terrace of the room. When we arrived, the driver couldn't find a place on the mountain. He called the hotel and ran out to pick him up. The service attitude was very good.

Hmm... I made the decision after looking at the Nile River view taken by the hotel. The view is indeed real, but the location of the hotel is average. There is a dirt road in front of the hotel. Taxis usually don't come in. You need to walk a short distance. The interior room furnishings of the hotel , relatively average, just at first glance, the furnishings are very cheap. Service: To be honest, I am very unhappy. We booked for 2 nights, and only gave free water on the first day. We asked for water on the second day, and We said, $1 a bottle is really outrageous
