Las habitaciones más nuevas (ala derrcha) son mejores, nos tocó la habitación nro 11 y lamentablemente un fiasco, las mamparas del baño despegadas, muy mala presión de agua en el lavabo, al correr el agua del inodoro sigue corriendo y no se vuelve a cargar hasta que se lo acomoda, mala iluminación, no hay como apagar la luz al lado de la cama (hay que levant****), el ventilador de techo tiene una sola velocidad y las almohadas son finitas y muy viejas. Mis familiares se alojaron en la 82 y la diferencia es abismal. Si van al hotel revisen el cuarto antes de aceptar.

I went up there to complain, but the music up there is so load, that you have to stick the finger in yout ears, and nobody understands you or wants to understand you anyway. I was really, really tired, but the basses were too loud. I tried to relax, but how can you relax with basses imitating fast heart beats. I hoped the music would stop at 12.00 o clock, but it did not. Then I hoped it would stop at 1.00 o clock, but it did not. Then I hoped, it would stop at 3 o clock, but the music went on and on even harder than before. The discjockey probably is deaf. At 5 o clock I finally gave up hope, and got up, as I had to leave the hotel at 8 o clock anyway. We spent two days here after a week in the countryside. We were recognized as Spire Elite and upgraded to #601 as I requested because it has a view of the river. The room was spotless, comfy bed, large tub with a walk in shower. Huge selection of channels on the tv. Large swimming pool on five. The water was cold but clean. The club lounge is closed so breakfast was in the street level lounge as well as happy hour. Few guest because of the quarantine. Aureliano checked us in and the other ladies at reception were always helpful, I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will stay here again when return. They take Coveid precautions serious.

The main floor restaurant Takuare’e was the breakfast venue, an ample buffet. The restaurant is quite large, as the hotel has some 300 rooms. For visitors, the surrounding area does have some nice neighbourhoods to walk but the city’s historic center is a cab ride away. Maybe the hotel did not completely live up to its name but it is a good option.

The hotel is relatively new and has a great location. We were very carefully received with a very beautiful smile and could also immediately accommodate the room. The beds are very comfortable. The washing of the toilet makes noise like a alarm system which needs to be fixed. Unfortunately, the pool was not useful because work was done and there was a closed event. Very nice hotel, ultra modern, great location for early morning flights out of Asuncion. Large beautifully appointed rooms, large bathroom and very comfortable beds. The only downside was that there is almost no place within walking distance if you don't want to eat at the hotel restaurant. And the somewhat noisy AC didn't seem to be able to cool the room down to a temperature that was comfortable to me.
