Upon arrival, there was a long black hair on the white bedsheet and several in the bathroom, so I wondered if the room had been cleaned. It's very noisy. I received a very friendly welcome and was looked after very well at reception. The breakfast was modest. The gym doesn't open until 9:00 a.m. so as not to disturb others. All the parking spaces were taken, but there was plenty of space on the street.

Fantastic German breakfast each morning with a TON of options, very comfortable bed, lovely room, air conditioning, fridge, hot pot (so you can make your own tea or whatever on demand in your room), wi-fi, and SUPER friendly staff. It's small and in a great location - you can safely walk right around the corner to a large convenience store. Pool was out of service when I was there, but that was okay, because the temperature dropped and it was too cold for a swim.

We stayed at Hotel Westfalenhaus for a convention August 23 to September 3. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean. Each morning the breakfast was fresh and tasty. On the nights we ate dinner in the restaurant, the staff was very attentive. Every dish we tried was delicious. We would definitely recommend staying here when in Paraguay. Thank you for making our stay comfortable!

We stayed at Hotel Westfalenhaus for three days earlier this month. The hotel is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, but just a block and a half from a major avenue with restaurants and shopping. My teenagers loved the well maintained pool, I loved the tranquility of the courtyard and the cold beer! I can’t speak highly enough of the attentive staff, who go out of their way to make guests feel at home. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and the mattresses very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

I accidentally left some personal belongings in my room, and after checking out, I called the hotel to have them check, and they told me there was nothing there. This happened the same day, and they ignored me. Terrible!!!

Spacious and rustic accommodations, very comfortable for families, several areas suitable for family gatherings, which we are not used to using, the furniture in the rooms is impractical, the wardrobe does not close without a key and falls off the door all the time, in addition to a greater need for maintenance, the shower in one of the rooms was dripping and it was impossible to take a shower. Negative point, the breakfast structure did not serve us well, there was a lack of replenishment of food and especially of dishes, I suggest increasing the number of cups and plates since the staff spends all the time washing them, in addition to the space between the tables being very small. Positive point, the cordiality of the reception staff, everyone very friendly and helpful.
