This is a 3-star hotel in downtown Oviedo. It is centrally located, close to main sightseeing and restaurants. It is also very close to the bus station. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Staff at the hotel is really nice. Tge reception is opened from 7.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m.

I never leave opinions, neither good nor bad, but this time I deserve it, because since I entered the room of this hotel I felt peace, comfort, warm and relaxed. We spent two nights with breakfast at the Exe Center and I enjoyed the warmth of the room, the non-viscosa beds are comfortable, the kitchens are also, the huge windows, the room in itself, giant and very cosy. I usually take hotels to sleep and I was already looking to come and give me a hot shower with the amenities that had to be great. The breakfast room may be a little small, a little collapsed in the top hour but nothing that doesn't calm it a little patience, there was also a lot of things as sweet as salads to eat. In short, a quiet, very cosy, beautiful, elegant and comfortable space to rest at very good price in Oviedo.

Not the fault of the hotel but there are construction works going on right outside the hotel at the moment. There is an industrial jack-hammer going on constantly the whole time. It is impossible to relax as it starts at 8am until late. Apart from the construction works though, the hotel is located at a huge roundabout/intersection with traffic lanes and cars passing through constantly, beeping horns and a lot of general noise. I am so surprised that I have not read other reviews about the noise but perhaps other guests have stayed at the back of the hotel where it might be quieter. There is no air conditioning and with the excessive noise outside you cannot open a window so it is extremely warm the whole time. The apartment itself is overall relatively clean but very dated, slight musty smell, no kettle in the kitchen, wifi not great. Thankfully we leave today!

Buen hotel el con muy buena atención, limpio, con aparcamiento y tranquilo a pesar de estar cerca de la autovía. En mi caso, fui en grupo y solicitamos una habitación más para re ubicarnos porque al final venía un viajero más, más tarde que el grupo, y no hubo problemas, es más nos querían mandar a la camarera de planta por si las camas estaban deshechas, ya que nos habíamos tumbado después del viaje. Un detalle esas pequeñas cosas. Habitaciones renovadas y buen buffet desayuno.

I love the character of this hotel, its charm is special and the rooms have a class. This time I was disappointed by the continuous passage of people from a colloquium, the noise of the rolling plate of the room service and I had neighbors especially the second night when I heard everything: their discussion, their physical noise, their television. It was hell, and I realized I was in a larger room, a passage through a simple door communicated with the next room (109/107). The hotel has a very good location, and it is very good for you to find a good location. On the other hand my room was quiet, but without double glass, the goods passing the night made me a party! The restaurant Mil Cent is in the centre of the hotel, with a nice restaurant, good products, pleasant reception, excellent iberic jam, Dilmah tea. We stayed here one night. Hotel was designed by famous architect Calatrava so impressive from the outside. Room was big, bed and pillows comfortable. Service was friendly and efficient. Amazing breakfast included in the price. The outside structure is showing signs of wear and could be touched up. The room itself had some signs of wear but did not detract from our stay.

The hotel is located above the Renfe Station, and 5 minutes from the road station, and not far from the city centre. The hotel is on the heights, so a pleasant view. I was on the 6th floor I saw the whole city. Spacious room with bathroom, green marble, bidet. With boiler, tea, coffee, bar, USB-charge connection. The table in the room allows you to have room to eat, desk to write, it is very nice. The hotel was very comfortable and comfortable.
