Situado en la Plaza Mayor es un ubicación perfecta para pasear!! El personal es agradable y servicial. El garaje tiene pocas plazas, así que es mejor llamar antes y reservar. El acceso es por una calle trasera y no es recomendable ir con coche grande, ya q es un poco estrecho para maniobra dentro. Nosotros pagamos 10 Eur por el garaje. La habitación era amplia y la cama muy confortable. El Baño está completo y la ducha funcionaba, es bañera con media mampara. Recomendable.

Good hotel with modern accomodations located on a beautiful plaza. Perfect location to explore the old town of Astorga. The hotel also provided us with breakfast and dinner which were both excellent.

Excelente. La mejor atención que he recibido en mas de 30 años. El personal de Recepción increiblemnte amable y dispuestos a ayudar en lo ue sea necesario. Totalmente recomendable. No tengo palabras para agrederles su ambilidad y buen humor.

Habitaciones cutres, ruido exterior. De las cinco habitaciones que reservamos, en 3 de ellas había unos sofás desgarrados. Muebles de hace mil años, que hacen que no sea acogedor. Poca luz...la cama era cómoda pero no vale para nada lo que te cobran.

Hotel que ponen de 3 estrellas pero debería ser de 2. Pésima la limpieza , las cortinas de la habitación rotas , baño sucio, el hotel necesita mantenimiento. Desayunamos en su bufet donde tuvimos una desagradable experiencia con la señorita Carol que nos reprendió delante de los clientes porque cogimos 3 bollitos pequeños ( mantecadas ) del bufet para llevárnoslos , persona que en su trato al cliente no nos dio ni los buenas días cuando entramos a la sala y nos pidió el número de habitación de malas maneras . Mesas de la cafetería muy sucias , te pegabas en ellas , vasos sucios . El amable de recepción es lo único bueno que nos llevamos de la experiencia .

En la habitación triple no se puede descansar por el ruido horrible del aire acondicionado. Lo apagaron a las 23:30 y las 5:00 am tuvimos que pedir que lo volvieran a apagar porque nos despertó el ruido. Por lo demás bien pero le hace falta una remodelación urgente!

Hotel propio de la extraordinaria cadena Exe. En plena Plaza del Ayuntamiento de Astorga su ubicación es perfecta para acabar e iniciar las etapas del Camino de Santiago. Habitaciones grandes. Camas amplias y confortables. Aire acondicionado. Desayuno bufé amplio y de calidad. Muy bueno.

No dormí en el hotel, pero tuve la desgracia de comer en el restaurante. Un calamar que sólo sabía a especias, un lomo de vacuno que parecía una zapatilla con una salsa de pimientos que no le pegaba nada y un cocido maragato con la peor carne que he comido en mi vida, llena de pelos y prácticamente sin verduras. Un asquito que, encima, no es barato.
