While in Spain for 3 days, we booked the “most beautiful room” in this rather well-rated hotel. When we arrived, what was our surprise when we entered the room (after paying of course)! It was not at all the room reserved in the photo. We therefore explain it to the employee, who tells us, a little embarrassed, that it is an "equivalent" room, and that it is usual not to put photos of all the rooms on the reservation site and that we cannot do otherwise. A little upset, we head into town for the evening. When we return to the hotel, I turn on the air conditioning. She doesn't seem to react to any of the commands, and a light flashes, a little annoying for sleeping... The next morning, we report the problem to the hotel employee, who tells us that they will take care of it . In the evening, we return, quite late, the air conditioning still does not work... I then search a little on the internet where this problem could come from, in vain. Not a great night since it was quite hot, and still this light flashing! It was definitely worth looking for a hotel with air conditioning... The next morning, after breakfast, we found the landlady. We explain the problems encountered to her, she grimaces a little, and goes to check the air conditioning. She calls a technician, and tells us that the air conditioning is working, it's just that it takes a few minutes to turn on and reach temperature. I kindly told him no, we tried everything, and nothing happened with this air conditioning! She insists, ending up telling us that if the air conditioning no longer works, it's because we pressed all the buttons. In short, she turns a deaf ear and doesn't even admit that the air conditioning could have a problem. Otherwise, the establishment is nice, clean, the staff is smiling, the breakfast is good with some local products, and I think that without these inconveniences, we would have had a pleasant stay.
