Let's start with the staff, absolutely friendly and helpful, but what about the three stars? Old structure, old rooms, wardrobes that smell stale, the room had the typical smell of an empty siphon, it is not possible to control the heating without calling the reception, dirty walls near the beds, shower walls that do not flow, in short they do not we will definitely be back.

Ho soggiornato per il ponte dell'Immacolata l'hotel e la camere sono molto puliti,gestito da personale giovane e disponibile. A 5 minuti dall'hotel c'è un grande parcheggio libero e comodo consigliato!!

Hotel in centro ad Asti con camere a quasi 100€ a otte. Abbiamo prenotato 5 camere singole per 2 notti con parcheggio chiuso per le moto. Per quel prezzo ( che può anche essere)le camere erano mal tenute. Senza manutenzione, crepe nei muri ecc. La cosa più fastidiosa è stato il giovane alla reception che tentando di prenderci in giro perché veneti, si è permesso di fare commenti sull'abitudine dei veneti di bere grappa al mattino ( a suo dire). Pessima e costosa esperienza. Di buono c'è solo il parcheggio. Hotel da consigliare solo se proprio non trovate altro...

Iniziamo dal personale: super gentile,disponibili e cordiali. Siamo arrivati in bicicletta e ci hanno permesso di portarla in camera. A due passi dal centro,quindi posizione molto comoda per chi è senza mezzo. Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti.Colazione buona.

Non c’è molto da dire, forse perché sono reduce da un albergo pari categoria e pari prezzo a Canazei, non capisco come l’hotel Rainero possa fregiarsi delle 3 stelle. La camera è arredata in modo dozzinale e dal armadio fuoriesce un odore stantio. La stanza non è assolutamente insonorizzata, soprattutto verso l’esterno, dove i rumori del traffico e addirittura le voci dei passanti non vengano assolutamente filtrati dal serramento in alluminio, decisamente datato. Per ultima la colazione, tristissima, con una tavolata buffet semi vuota (mi dispiace non aver documentato con una foto) poca scelta e prodotti congelati, il tutto di bassa qualità dal punto di vista organolettico. Una esperienza negativa e prezzo non congruo.
