Returning to Kazakhstan after the years, was very special to me. I wanted to stay in the best hotel of all. Everything is outstanding with this hotel. The lobby is spectacular (it's a special moment when you pass through the doors -special big thanks to the doormen with all your kind smiles). The rooms are large and comfortable. The large walk-in closet is really useful (moreover when you're spending a week). The bathroom is very luxury. All the technology is working well and perfectly useful.And the bed was exquisite.I was immersed in the timeless elegance and luxury that this iconic hotel is known for. Perfection and excellence from the moment we entered the hotel. A warm welcome really set the scene for our stay special thanks to Aigerim ¡). Outstanding in every way and staff simply brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for the hall porters, receptionists and waiting staff and so very glad that we had such a heavenly time. Room exquisite and all aspects of this charming hotel were fabulous. The room was stunning, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The marble bathroom was beautiful with large fluffy towels and lovely toiletries. The food at Ozen restaurant was beyond delicious and the service was impeccable. A very big thank you to the all of the staff as they made our stay a memorable occasion, just want to highlight the names: Nurai, Zhansaya and didn't ask his name, the manager from Karaganda ( only memorized his home place ). The central location allowed me to explore the city's attractions with ease, from Baiterek to Astana Opera. Dining at The Ritz Carlton Restaurant was a culinary journey, with impeccable service and gourmet cuisine. It's exceeded all my expectations, and I eagerly look forward to returning.

I've spent 10 days in Sheraton Astana in October 2023. Me and my mom had 2 separate club rooms and both of us really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located next to all the attractions, parks, and a huge shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The club room serves excellent food for breakfast and dinner, and offers soups for lunch. The spa is great as well. But the best part of staying at the hotel is interactions with the staff. Everyone is helpful, polite, has a nice, positive vibe, and truly cares about their guests. All the little issues that we had were resolved promptly and readily. We spent a lot of time in the club room and I would like to thank all the staff there for taking a great care of us. I want to especially mention Olzhas the club lounge manager who made every visit to a club room enjoyable.

We have already stayed here, once forgotten the keys to their apartment in another city)) though we lived in Astana for 8 years. Then several times we have settled here friends who have come from Russia for visas to the American Embassy. It is through the road - it is undisputed plus location. Now we moved from Astana. And when the question of obtaining a visa has already been raised for us, without thinking, booked it, on the old memory. The quality of the service has fallen just to zero! Cleaning no!!! We arrived late in the evening with two small children, for a long time could not get to the territory first by taxi (the guard didn't even let the suitcases go). Then they could not get through the homephone. And this is a residential complex, not just a hotel. No instructions anywhere, nobody took care of at least the plates hanging in the entrance... Where to call? On what floor to go up to find a recipient? D6)))) Go to the room, put children in the dark in the bedroom. They started to lay the sofa and lay the second set of clothes, and it was dirty, unsleepy and all in the hair. I call the reception and hear: ”The waitress will come in the morning, now no one is there.” After a long discussion, they all brought the underwear. And in the morning I found that the underwear on which the children slept was dirty too. With the protector from the shoe on the roll. The shells are frozen, the water is not going away. On the third day, I called the supervisor and they allowed the apartment to be vacated by me. They pulled out bottles of pelvis inside of the bed, vacuumed the furry carpet and washed the long-unwashed floor. The raccoon also brought in order. So the number 711 is washed, you can go and live 😂 How we are confused told a friend living in a nearby block, it turns out recently, famous ...drom. Nice place. For adequate price comfortable accommodation. Renovation is fresh, the room is not killed, you come in and immediately feel that the condition of the room fund is monitored. There is a teapot, glasses, cup, tea bags (which is very pleasant), refrigerator. Fewer clothes, a couch of comfort. Clean. The administrator is polite, when settled, they immediately release a bottle of water (but I would like to 2 when settled 2 people). There is a net of insects on the window - it was very important for us. The disadvantages are the lack of elevator and location (behind the window noisy). Only for this, I will remove one star, TK owners, I think, have realized in advance that in such a building of perfect comfort cannot be. The good is a conder and the window blocks noise when closing, thank you for that. In a word, if you don't mind doing a constant top-top on the forests, I recommend it, it's cozy here.
