"The emergency evacuation light stayed on all night. It was fine the first night, I was drunk and didn't mind. Then it flickered on and off, but then it went off. One night, it stayed on all night. I called the front desk and told them, ”Okay, okay, okay,” but it was no use. The next morning, I went to the front desk and got angry. Then the third night, it started all over again, on and off, off and on."

"Technically it was my second stay at this hotel, cause I booked 2 nights separately: one night with breakfast included and another one without breakfast (since we needed to leave hotel early one the last day). Surely I sent special request to give us the same room and explained why did I make bookings separately. Hotel managers didn't check those request though. And when I mentioned it during check in they were surprised but promised that we can stay in the same room for the second day as well. But the second day when we were back to our room we found out our keys blocked 😅 and needed to go to the front desk to explain the third time our request. Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly though. They didn't make our room second day and didn't leave water and other hygienic stuff but once we called to the front desk, everything were delivered to our room immediately. So overall our experience at the hotel was nice. I'd only ask hotel managers to improve the attention of their guests."

"The location of the hotel is OK, close to the city center, the price is relatively affordable, breakfast is on the 17th floor, and you can overlook the city of Astana by the window. The front desk service is good, keep up the good work, but the breakfast is just so-so, come on!"

"Ordered for a colleague. The room is good value for money. The overall decoration of the large room hotel is luxurious, generous, comfortable, practical and generous. The designer hemming decoration style is fashionable and avant-garde. Chinese design is fashionable."

"The hotel was situated near the city center and was quite affordable compared to other more expensive hotel chains (i.e. Ritz Carlton & Sheraton). The hotel facilities are clean and the services spoke good English and were helpful in our inquiries. Outside the hotel you can find many restaurants and cafes that are within walking distance. Best part of our stay was the breakfast buffet which offered an assortment of delicacies that varied each day in our stay--highly recommend staying here when in Astana as the value you get matches the price you pay!"

"The staff is friendly, the price is reasonable, and the location is a bit far from the new city, but it is a good 10-minute walk from Hazrat Sultan Mosque. However, the bathroom is a bit dirty. If you pay a little more attention to this, I don't think there will be any other accommodations at a similar price."

There was no refrigerator in the room, but we brought a bag to the reception and they put it in the refrigerator.
